It’s Dunkin’s like this which I wish the 7-eleven had their own coffee. The staff isn’t evil or anything but eh idk I’ve encountered better employees at other locations. Inconsistent and honestly this store is probably why “I don’t like Dunkin’” they are a little slow as well and tend to not give everything or get the order wrong. I can tell they usually try their best and I personally have time but not everyone does. It’s just mid I guess. I’m sure there’s worse stores but this is definitely the worst one I’ve been to personally.

Painfully inconsistent. Ordered two drinks in the same day and the second drink was not only incorrect, but awful with coffee grinds at the bottom. One item in each order, only 4 hours apart. Oof.

Ignored at counter. It is the most disgustingly dirty dunks I have ever been in. Class it up Wareham.
I just moved down here from the Boston area, and every morning they have been so kind and my coffee is made perfect every time! Kelsey has usually checked me out and she is so sweet! Thank you guys for taking care of a girl who cant live without her coffee!

Coffee is never consistent,
Whoever does the schedule for sundays is embarrassing 2 people in the morning are you kidding you should be fired. Place is losing hundreds of dollars in sales people walking out 2 people can not keep up with drive thru mobile orders and people coming in. Every dunkin on Sunday has min 4/5 people on. You have 2 such and embarrassment. If I was these people working sundays I’d quit funny you don’t ever see manager here sun mornings. She should schedule herself with one other and feel these employees pain. Owner should fire management who does schedule
Lacey is great. Unfortunately, a few girls in the morning are pretty rude and vulgar. Other than that I love dunks!

Ordered a large signature latte, was given half a coffee and after driving away took a sip and realized they put no flavor in. It was only a shot of espresso and milk. I'm non confrontational but I will never be back here again. This is the third time my order has been blatantly wrong and it's not worth it. Very disappointed.

Don’t go here, make your own coffee- it will be quicker and much cheaper.
I don’t typically write reviews but the management here needs to see how bad they suck
This place is so poorly managed. It’s a revolving door, I’ve witnessed management fighting with their floor staff here. There will be four people on and it will still take 10-15 minutes to clear maybe 2 or 3 cars.
Today I was stuck there for 15 minutes waiting for one car to recieve their order and I ultimately just decided to leave and brew my own coffee lol. When I passed the window I saw 4 people on board working. Just shows me they’re not using their time effectively at all, and that really is a management problem not a floor staff problem.
Look it’s nbd but you’re paying $3.50 per coffee for the convenience and whoever running this joint ain’t delivering. There’s no reason to wait 15 minutes to get a coffee unless you’re making it at home lol.

Oh my goodness! It is so funny. I watched a video on customer wars when the police had to go to a Dunkin donuts because customer was trying to take a bag of like 20 Splenda he called cops she had to give back a splender and was told by the police not to go there anymore. Kind of looked fake until I saw that happen at the 7-Eleven in Wareham. It is an awesome place and the people who work there are amazing and the woman who wanted 15 splinters in her coffee and an extra bag of 15 splenders

I tried to order my refresher with just the juice but the stupid lady said it’s against their policy!!! Like what policy … i don’t want lemonade or tea in it. And they stopped selling with coconut milk. I have coconut milk in the car and wanted to add to the refresher. But she was being stupid … i wanted a large with ice and just the June juice. I don’t understand what’s the big deal is … i would pay extra idc … i like what i like and all she could say was it is against our policy!!! What policy is that!!!??? Smh i just want a drink!!!
Every time. Legitimately EVERY TIME. I come here my food is wrong, my drink tastes disgusting or both. Even when they repeat my order, it’s wrong. Just go to the one on Cranberry Highway or the one on Main Street. Save yourself the headache.

I have been going to this location my entire life and never have I had an experience bring me to tears. I went this morning to get some food and a few pieces of bacon for my dog, who was living out his last day on this earth. I asked at the window if I could simply have a snackin bacon but with regular bacon. After explaining what it was for the manager was so rude and said no. I was already upset and that made my already sad day even worse. The kid at the window was so sweet and felt awful. To the manager there, I hope you’re not always as bitter as you were this morning.
