Passing through Wareham, we came upon a gem of a Mexican restaurant. The margaritas were strong and original, the guacamole made-to-order table side, and the Red Snapper well-seasoned, like me!

We are new to the area and wanted some good Mexican food. Our experience at El Mariachi was so great we won't even be trying any others. Service was incredible - we even had some Spanish lessons from our waiter. The food is by far some of the best Mexican food we have had anywhere - be sure to try the refried beans. The atmosphere was awesome and every staff person we met was so welcoming and friendly.

Guacamole and sour cream were not in containers which between that and meat not drained made for a soggy bowl. Also lettuce was mostly rib of the head. I usually don't order take out at work but was craving a taco salad bowl and had one before from them.... was not like the order I had today. Not a happy customer for the price I paid for it.

Outstanding food, service, ambiance, and drinks. We’re from out of town and often like to try the best reviewed Mexican restaurant in the area. El Mariachi was hands down one of the best.
I know it’s simple, but their rice and beans cannot be beat. This shows how great a Mexican restaurant it is.
We hope to come again soon, but if we don’t we will be comparing all other Mexican restaurants to El Mariachi.

Well done El Mariach. Your restaurant is the most authentic Mexican eatery around. The food was delicious and the combo meal portion size was perfect. The nacho chips /salsa was a nice surprise. Bill was $20.28 greeter only accepted a $20. Handed me back the dollar told me not to worry about the change. That has never happened to me. We will be back with family to enjoy an outdoor dining experience. Bravo????
