Literally the only good thing here is a select few of the employees, Store manager Katie really seems to like to treat customers and employees poorly from my experience. however Nova and Brenden are both very kind and seem to know what they're doing and deserve better higher ups.

The burger was great, service was good, a little slow but they need more employees. Lots of orders and not enough hands to make them. Sadly the milkshake machine was out of order, other than that it was great!

I came in today 1/23 at 2:00pm and did not have a great experience. My order took 15 mins. 14 mins of that time was cooking my patty into oblivion. I love 5 guys but this time it was super bland and not enough of the toppings I asked for. The bun felt like it was left out since yesterday. I also got way less fries than I usually do. This was $21. Plus I tipped on top of that to show that I cared and to hopefully not receive the sub par burger that I did. The girl at the counter was super friendly.
Food is like everywhere else but there is someone that really is worth mentioning. It's my second time here and Hose & Matt are really the employees to keep. Courteous, friendly and well behaved. Always saying hi and bye, enjoy your meal! They both made my day on each of my visits. 5GUYS is lucky to have you !!

After spending $50 for 3 people to eat cheeseburgers, to get home and the order is incorrect is annoying. This isn't the first time, but for sure will be the last time!

Parking: Lots of PEANUTS! They have free peanuts to much on while you sit and wait for your order. Sometimes, I get some to sit in the car and wait.
