Sadly noticing the amount of meat and cheese is alot less in recent vist but still very costly. However customer service is still outstanding at this store.

Was excited to try.. never been. Ordered a toasted Italian and the young man taking the order informed me they didn’t have a toaster and refused to toast the roll on the grill. Kid was rude to boot.

I always usually order the veggy sub, and they never fail to load it up accordingly! 'always tastes fresh, and customizes it to just the way I ask.

Three times I've ordered through the app and each time my sandwich is not made. This is after giving them 15 minutes from when I ordered. Last time the slip was hanging up but the 4 people working there they acted like they didn't know how the slip was printed out and put up. And this was with only 1 customer inline placing an order. I get if it was busy but this was just sad.
I've seen at least 5 workers in there and every one of them act as something isn't their job and no one works as a team to get the customer out the door.
Last time I left a 2 dollar tip on the app. Lesson learned. No tips on their app. Never again.
There are other places to get subs in Wareham that are as good or better.

Felt like I had to call or put in a mobile order, only 1 person in front of me and 4 employees, 1 employee only taking orders for people in the shop... Maybe take care of the customers in person or shut the restaurant side if you don't want people dining in

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch a few days back and it was really good. Accommodated my customization (added grilled peppers and onions) and it was very tasty. Everyone had a smile on their face and my sub came out quickly and hot.

I visit this location regularly, the staff here is amazing! Thank you so much for the fast, friendly service. Ella and Marissa deserve a raise! Great to see friendly smiling faces every time I go in.
