I just wanted to put up a lil shoutout to the staff at this location for not only making delicious subs, but also for their amazing customer service. I got a gluten free sub (which I’ve gotten many times before) and when I took my first bite, the bread was so good I thought there must’ve been a mistake and it wasn’t gf. My partner (who isn’t celiac like myself) even thought it must be regular bread!! I went back to the location and stated that my bread was incorrect and the staff immediately showed me right of out the udis gf box what the bread looks like and reassured me that it’s gluten free. I truly appreciate their patience and understanding, I can now enjoy my sub without any anxiety. Thank you both for dealing with me and my nerves lol!

I love their steak mushroom and cheese sub. I didn't know how they get they're meat didn't as butter and so pleasantly delicious. I choose this because I like the same restaurant in my town.

This is difficult to admit, but I may be addicted to Jersey Mike’s #8 Club Sub. I discovered Jersey Mikes a couple of years ago, and it instantly became my favorite place to grab a quick bite. I have been to most Jersey Mike’s in the area, so I feel qualified enough to say that the Wareham location does it best! I can’t bring myself to go anywhere else even if it means driving further because I know I’ll get a superior sub and service at Wareham Mike’s. I think they should know they are doing a fantastic job and I appreciate their dedication to quality food and service. Thank you!!

UPDATE: just wanted to update to say that the assistant manager, Amanda, was super helpful and pleasant when I called today to inquire about a refund for my missing food.

Ordered online, picked up my food. Was handed a bag from the cashier and said it was all set. Drove 25 minutes home to find out that I was missing a sub. Called the restaurant and there's no manager (Amanda) on duty. The girl on the phone was rude and refused to give me her name so I could mention it when I speak to the manager about my experience tomorrow. She also said "I don't know that I gave you a bag" and "your sub is here if you want it". VERY upset with this service and it needs to be addressed.

Big fan of Jersey Mikes! First time going yesterday, and I've got nothing but good things to say. I walk into the store and am greeted with a cool dining area and smiling faces from both customers and employees. I got the Mike's way sub with turkey, which was made by Sienna, who was absolutely wonderful. Got to go home and have a great sub for lunch, what more can you ask for!
