The girl & gentleman working drive thru tonight Sunday 4/6 at 7pm just wow truly amazing & I pray a mgr or owner sees this because they truly deserve a substantial raise & you need to hang on to them!!! They truly care about your establishment & I witnessed them working their a$$ off!!! While he prepared she took care of 4 to go orders within 5 minutes no wait at all that’s incredible because I’ve seen this place n others take much longer for a shorter line. Food was excellent, hot n fresh!! They were helping each other & communicating it’s was awesome to watch!!!! You just don’t see this anymore!!!! Thank you both for being awesome!!!

If I could give this play zero stars I would. The price is here for exceed what you normally expect from regular menu items at Taco Bell and KFC for whatever reason. Do not expect the standard pricing from these restaurants. On top of that the food I just got tastes like it was made yesterday. I was also told that the item I originally requested wasn’t available because they would have to make it fresh.

Rude. They don’t know how to make customers have a satisfactory experience. Regardless of if you’re in a rush or not, you should at least try and pretend that you care about the customer. As a person who has worked in the customer service industry for years, I am disgusted by how I was treated today.

Ordered online and food came wrong with our sticker over somone else's so one of two things stuff is incompatible or door dash stole ours and replaced it store doesn't answer phones and kfc is zero help I wouldn't order online isn't worth the hassle
My hack for strawberry shortcake is buy the biscuits at KFC. The staff got me 12 right out of the oven. Everyone was friendly. Quick, easy, and better than those I would make. Can't speak to any other food options but smiling staff makes me think they like what they are doing and with each other. A happy work place usually speaks to a good product.
