Going here is like a social experience of patience. 75% of the time something will be wrong with your order, the Drive through forget it. Most Employees seem miserable. You could be the only car there and still be waiting for your order for 10-15 minutes. I've ordered in store before only to find out that they are out of tenders after waiting for 10 minutes. Then the employees couldn't figure out how to refund me. I originally thought when it first opened it just needed time to work out kinks but now it has to be management and corporate should really look at how disappointing this locactions service is.

Horrible service, if you can call
It that. Completely disorganized, never anyone up front at the register. You could wait 15 minutes before someone even acknowledges you

The woman bagging food, black shirt, looked like manager, was completely rude and disrespectful. This was today 3/4/2026 at 12:40. Waited almost 30 minutes for an order that said ready on the screen, watched her put it in the back, then I asked her if my order was done, since it said ready. 20 minutes later she hands me the bag after it’s been sitting. No drinks, no sauce, and my rice and beans was missing. I asked , “it’s been sitting there this whole time?” And as a reply I get “I guess so”. Complete lack of customer service. That woman should be ashamed of herself and EMBARRASSED to call herself a manager for a retail establishment like Popeyes. I am absolutely disgusted with this experience. It was a mobile order, with a mobile order pickup station. Just put it where it belongs!

Had to be the slowest Popeyes on the face of the earth. It takes half hour to order and pick up in the drive thru. It is mental. No matter the time of the day. I’ve never seen this before

Absolutely awful. Got the food, and the boneless wings looked like they were snacking on it out back. I opened the box and it was like shredded chicken. Went back and said something, got an attitude from the manager and the lady out back who was coughing and spitting on the food they were giving people. They gave me new chicken but tenders which I didn’t order, I ordered the boneless wings. I got home with high hopes making sure it was all good, NOPE. All raw and cold chicken. The beans and rice I ordered had 2 beans and rice was covered in the sauce. Called and talked to the same manager who gave me an attitude, I expressed the chicken was raw in a polite way if I could get refund on just that item. I got hung up on and now not answering. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Take the ride to New Bedford. Way better service and good food every time I’ve been there.

I went in and ordered four large sides 2 12 piece boneless chicken A classic chicken sandwich and a bunch of saucesMy whole order was wrong. They forgot the pickles on my daughter’s sandwich. They messed all of our chicken up half of it looked like it was already eaten. there were absolutely no sauces in our bag and when we went to go correct it the person in the back said what’s wrong now? The people that were working were absolutely rude. There was really only one girl working in the front and half the time she wasn’t there or she was in the bathroom or coughing all over everything this location needs better staff who actually care about getting people’s orders correct and maybe some Better customer service.never again I’ll take the 20 minute ride to New Bedford next time at least I know I will be welcomely greeted and my order will be correct

I'm not a big fast food fan . . but I do like Popeyes crunchy fried chicken! I'm surprised at the negative reviews . . Everything was delicious, fast, efficient and clean. I stop by for their Cinnamon Apple Pie too . . just delicious . . it can be addicting :) !

Considering all the negative reviews, we put off trying Popeye's in Wareham. Today was encouraging as a manager helped us with our order, the chicken sandwiches were as tasty as Popeye's is famous for. The whole process took 5 minutes. The dining area was pleasant and very clean. We'll gladly give them another try and hope they've turned things around as we've waited years for a store near Cape Cod!

What a joke. Depending on when you go. Sometimes the door's open and no one's working inside. A guy in front of me told me he had been waiting for 10 minutes and no one helped him.

Showed up with a mobile order, was told at the drive thru to hold on a minute like they’re busy and nobody’s in line and there’s two people sitting down inside, then could barely hear her through the mic. You don’t wanna be there then leave. And they forgot my biscuit!
