Great selection of burgers! My only negative is the caloric content of the food; definitely not a great choice if you trying to diet! 🤣😂🤣 Best chocolate milkshakes anywhere.

My first time at RR. Pictures of food looked great. What I received was meh. The burger was only 2/3rds size of bun. I asked for it to be cooked medium and was medium well. The beef was ok but not juicy

Service was ok though they forgot my silverware & napkins
I see no reason to come back with so many burger oriented places that do it better

Disgusted with time and presentation. Paid 18$ for a chicken wrap fries. They literally just folded the wrap so many rimes and did not use one full tender and gave 6 cold fries. I wish i could post a picture. I just tried to call back and they hung up. Save your time and money. I get being short staffed i deal with it daily but this is wild

What a terrible experience at Red Robin last night. Not sure if they were simply short staffed but we noticed it happened to all tables that were in the restaurant. It took over 5 minutes for the waitress to greet us, then over 15 minutes to get a drink and I lost track of how long it took for food to come out. We asked for some additional Fries and more food for my child and that took another 20 minutes to get. I could tell the waitress was miserable as she was not friendly at all. What a terrible experience unfortunately.

It’s been a while since we’ve been here and we were surprised how empty it was for a Sat. night. 6-6:30. We now know why. . My burger with avocado and Bacon was fine, but my husbands house chips seemed stale. They were soft, no flavor and cool. Usually other restaurants they come out warm and crispy with flavor. The straw onions on the burger were actually hard to chew. Very disappointing.

My first time at a Red Robin and I wasn't disappointed. My cheeseburger was great. I didn't get to the bottom of my fries so I didn't need to ask for more, but I like that it's an option. I also had the best chocolate milkshake I think I've ever had.

Kid-friendliness: They have a children's menu. Nuff said

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the Red Robin at Wareham Crossing. I ordered a burger and salad for a lunch takeout. I was in the restaurant waiting to pick it up so it wasn’t sitting at all. I haven’t had a restaurant burger in a long time. A couple of years ago I had one of the best burgers ever at this restaurant so was looking forward to a very special treat. I ordered the burger with some pink but got an over cooked hockey puck with burnt edges. It was hard and flavorless. There was way too much limp shredded lettuce. Overall I didn’t enjoy what I had hoped and expected to be an infrequent treat.

Overpriced hamburgers that you can't even get cooked the way you like. I like rare, and out of the 4 times I was there with friends, I got medium well or well done. This restaurant is not for me.
