there's no reason why this place should be giving people the wrong order as often as they do. just check the paper and see if it matches what's in the bag. not a hard concept

Horrible experience at the Wareham Red Robin. Slow to sit down, even slow for anybody to acknowledge we were even there. They got my order wrong and when I told them about it, they told me that I was wrong, yet they were wrong.... Absolutely awful experience, awful place, awful people.

Waited extremely long for the food. Sat for over an hour and only had the sides replaced once. Food was meh and cost more than what it’s worth.

While eating at Red Robin in Wareham Crossing tonight two mice ran out of the bar and by our table, the response by the staff was to say they thought the exterminator had taken care of that. This seems like a huge health and safety issue.

I have a complaint about one of the dishes. The fish and chips tasted like it came from the frozen food section at the supermarket. I understand this is a burger joint but if you are going to charge $20 for it, it should be of better quality. Pub 99 is also a burger joint but the fish and chips are cheaper and 100 times better.

Short staffed kitchen. Asked to wait 15 minutes to order. Had to ask 3 staff for napkins and utensils. Never saw our waitress again. Tried to get the check for 20 minutes to pay cash. Gave up and used self pay at table.

I was reintroduced to Red Robin with family members. If you go with a specialty burger of course it's going to be pricey. There was simpler choices with smaller patties at a reasonable price. I didn't go in that direction but it was an option. I chose a mushroom burger with Swiss cheese and added a second patty. Now instead of the bottom of this fries which are completely dangerous, I chose to have a side salad which, was a little more filling and a decent size. Now it's much food as I had I was surprisingly not feeling the effects afterwards. Which was great because it was no instant regret.

Food is good for an upscale burger place. But plenty of other choices too.

Went on veterans day. (Free burgers) the place was so under staffed i felt bad for the guy behind the bar. 9 tables were left uncleaned full of dirty dishes. No bar backs no dish washers. This place under the last general manager was top notch. The new girl who is running 2 establishments is not cutting the mustard. Nobody should have to get used to working in theae conditions.

The service was friendly and location is clean. It is overpriced for a chain restaurant in comparison to other more high end restaurants I have frequented. The adult beverages Unfortunately were poorly made and at $15 a piece for NOT top shelf liquor that is disappointing. The food wasnt that bad but I could tell my salmon wasn't fresh and was most likely frozen and then thawed to cook. All in all not the best meal I have had but also not the worst.
