Literal NAIL clipping in my refresher. Disgusting, not what i wanted to pick out of my throat after taking a sip, also messed up the order.

My coffee is always correct and tastes good but the only problem is the Mobile ordering. I’ll put my order in, then a few minutes later when i show up they tell me that i can’t get in line yet because the app didn’t say my drink was ready. Does it not take the same amount of time to make a drink regardless of if it was a mobile order or ordered at the window? So why does it matter that I’m in line? Not to mention the app says it takes them 12 minutes to make my one coffee, but then i go into the drive thru and it’s done within 2 minutes. I’ve never been told this at any other Starbucks…just doesn’t make any sense to me why i can’t be in the line…because everyone’s drinks in the line are also being made…they’ve had me literally leave the drive thru because of it and have me park to the side, then proceeded to bring my coffee out not even 20 seconds later. It’s just weird I’d rather go to any other, never have an issue anywhere else.

Not paying attention to the guest in front of him… and disrespectful… this is the first time I’ve had such and experience here!! Also 3 men behind me (of Mexican descent) they also did not have a “true Starbucks experience”!

It’s quite upsetting when you purchase such an expensive coffee for there not to be any coffee in the drink. I ordered an iced mocha latte with oat milk. The beverage was lighter than usual, but after tasting the drink it was clear there was no expresso. Very disappointing.

I had the displeasure of being served by Brianna. She was incredibly rude and annoyed by my presence. As I was waiting for my drink she was angrily staring at me. I only ordered a Brown sugar shaken espresso so I’m confused by the foul looks? When I asked a barista what her name was she went up to her and was standing next to her to intimidate her it seemed. I’m appalled by this lack of professionalism and abuse. I’m a regular customer and am always greeted with respect and smiles by the other baristas. That attitude shouldn’t be allowed where there’s children. Do better or get therapy.

if i could leave a zero star i would. Come here almost everyday and order the same drink. a iced coffee. for some odd reason they always hand me a hot coffee. these are minimum effort jobs. please get your act together. I'm asking for a iced coffee not for you to solve a math problem. do it right

Prices are high for food right now, but Starbucks is gouging!! A regular ice coffee was over $5!! I used to come every day. Now, maybe once a month. Service is terrible. I waited 15 minutes for some to put coffee in a cup while I watched multiple pick up orders walk out the door.

Brianna is one of the rudest people I have encountered at a Starbucks. Poorly made drink, forgotten items and when told items were not correct Brianna thought it was ok scoff and mumble inappropriate language under her breath. This is very disappointing to see coming from an adult. Seems to me that she needs to be retrained or maybe find a different line of work because customer service here is clearly not a priority. Shame on management for this hiring/training decision.
