I visited on Saturday night around 8pm. I walked in to place a take out order at the kiosk. The restaurant prioritizes the drive thru window over walk in customers and I had to wait for 20 minutes for a small $20 order. When I got all the way home I opened the bag and my main entree - a chicken chalupa - was missing. I guess shame on me for not checking at the restaurant. I also got cinnamon twists that taste like they were fried in month old oil, and a crunchy taco that the chicken tasted disgusting. I’m an avid Taco Bell goer and I don’t know what they did to the food but it wasn’t right. To end this experience some old lady behind the counter was SCREAMING at her fellow employees bitching about some other employee. Just shocking to be doing that as a grown woman.

My order took a extreme long time to come, with the guy at the register yelling at the food prepares in the back, They ran out of product, and had to swap it with other, Others waiting for their orders were very upset. The KFC Rep apologized to all for the issues, I along with my wife choose to eat in, It was a very annoying site to see the KFC Representative repeatedly apologize to the customers, And repeatedly show pure frustration, And audibly yell at the other crew in the back.

Employees are very rude. If you no want to work just don’t show up, but don’t walk around and say “ go away, eat at home” when the store close at 10 and is only 8:30. Service was very awful and food was cold!
