We went to try the pizza. The pizza was very good although a little skimpy on the toppings. The service was very good. However, There was no atmosphere. The lighting was horrible. Get rid of the LED lights. It was so bright! Soften the lighting, add a little personality with less white to make a more inviting, relaxing atmosphere. Sorry to say we will not be back.

Lots of the same friendly waitstaff which is why I still stop by after the purchase of Vel's Restaurant. Food was good, chowder was excellent and I need to try out other items on the menu b4 I rate it again. Overall a nice family restaurant and worth visiting.

Each dish ordered didn't match the menu description. Pizza missing 2 out of the 5 listed toppings and had very hard crust. The 2 pasta dishes had an entirely different sauce than listed. Maybe they swapped the sauces? One person never got silverware or napkins.
Overall, nothing was terrible, but there were problems in almost every department.
There was also a mouse in the dining area, but I know Wareham has a huge rodent problem and this actually bothered me less than everything else.

Food was OK nothing to write home about. Service was great. However in the middle of our meal mouse ran across the floor. Drinks were good, again for the 100 plus dollars we spent, food should have Been much better. Doubt we'll return.

Food was good, waitress was a sweet lady. We came earlier on Saturday and it got busy by just 5pm, a great spot for locals to connect and have some good food! Not so much different than Vels.

Definitely not the old Vel's that was a staple, they did try to get the old recipes which what we tried were passable. Cocktail menu was sorely lacking. The interior is so sad and bland, lost all the character. Very disappointed.

Came here for the first time. Had Alexia and Robin as our waitress and they were fantastic. Very personal and accommodating.
We had the fisherman's platter and shrimp fettuccine alfredo and they were both delicious.
Will definitely be back.
Also got some clam chowder that was the same recipe as Vel's to take home.
This place is a must try. Give them a chance.

I don’t ever leave a review but this was such a disappointing experience. First off- drabby atmosphere. Sure they painted the walls white but overall it gives off “the landlord special” renovation vibes. No personality throughout the place. Maybe a decoration somewhere? Nope. Just white walls, black booths and carpet tiles. We felt like we were dining in someone’s outdated apartment. We got the mozzarella sticks, calamari and then steak tips.
Everything tasted and gave off the impression of USA Foods/Performance food distribution prepackaged frozen food that you throw in the fryer. $25-26 (can’t remember exactly) for 4 small steak pieces. We didn’t finish any of the plates. Took the rest of th steak to feed to my dog. I really don’t have high expectations when dining out. Wouldn’t consider myself or my partner a “foodie”. This was just bad food. I will say service was great. Our waitress was very pleasant and very attentive.
