Service was incredibly slow. Two of the employees were literally arguing at the window. When I finally got my food I got halfway through my chicken sandwich before I realized that it was entirely raw in the middle. Find someplace else to eat.

I stopped at this Wendy's tonight thinking it would be a better experience than the other one in wareham...boy was I wrong. Pulled up to the drive thru where there was a line, I get it not complaining about that. Finally got up to put my order through and the girl on the headset was walking in a fake shrill voice that could not be understood. After putting my order in she started cackling. I get it, I've worked in the industry and you need to have fun but highly unprofessional and to top it off the order wasn't right and everything I got was cold and crushed. I promise you, you're not missing out on anything by driving right past this Wendy's and going to McDonald's across the street.

This is the better of the two Wendy's in Wareham. Minimal issues with my order or the quality of the food at this one. We actually drive past the one on Cranberry Highway, which is closer to our office, to go to this one.

Not only was my food cold and old tasting but the staff was extremely rude. No “thank you” or “have a nice day” like most places. They just slam the window and walk away. When the girl forgot my drink because she was too busy talking to all her friends that work there, I asked for it and then she slammed the window a second time with no straw. I said Hello?! And she gave me attitude and said “shiiit” while rolling her eyes.I can’t get over that management hires disrespectful kids like this. I understand we’re in dealing with worker shortages but if you offer a competitive wage you get better more qualified workers. I guess I don’t have to worry about it anymore because I won’t be going back. I should add that I tried to call and speak to management and no one answered, twice. The place is packed with staff and very little customers in line outside and no one inside.

The burgers were underwhelming and the fries were not amazing, but the young guys working the drive thru were friendly, helpful, and cheerful(?). Add more beef to your burgers, up your frie-game, and I will bestow upon you the illusive 5-star rating. The ball is in your court, Wendy's.

Good workers and fast food but the building itself NEEDS A COMPLETE OVERHAUL... bathrooms are ancient, floors are ancient and slippery as hell. I would not want to work in that building.

For breakfast, they gave me potatoes that must have been put into the fryer at least twice. Normally that's the best part of their breakfast. Very disappointing.

The food is good, but the current 5:00 staff is young. Nobidy at the counter, had to call one three times before he looked up from his phone, and had we not checked our bags before leaving we would have been missing items from our order.
