Get rid of kiosk ordering and credit card only ordering. Gave up and used drive through. Asked for 3 cheese burgers and 3 fries. Only wanted 3 single cheese burgers and 3 fries. What I got was 3 double cheeseburgers and 3 fries which was way too much food. Threw one away. I always prefer ordering at the counter, it's much easier to customize the order. Won't go to Wendy's again, your system is much too rigid. Speaking to the Robot at Drive Through is also very annoying. And $34 for 3 burgers and 3 fries????? 🙄

Sunday morning 945am. 2nd in line in drive thru. Waited for 6 min and no one took my order. Left the drive thru and the car in front of me was parked still waiting for there food. So no food was ready, no service at all. This place and the one in raynham,ma are so bad at service and preparing food. Not the first time I've exited this restaurant because of this. Update. Just tried to give them a second chance. 11am doors are all locked. Everything says their supposed to have been open for hours. Still 1*

I was forced to go to this location. I've sworn to never go again every time before. Something happened since my last visit. All my food was fresh and piping hot, I received everything I ordered and paid for, I got the condiments I asked for, straws and napkins were in the bag and the staff was competent and pleasant. It was the opposite of every other visit.
