Update. Just tried to give them a second chance. 11am doors are all locked. Everything says their supposed to have been open for hours. Still 1*

I was forced to go to this location. I've sworn to never go again every time before. Something happened since my last visit. All my food was fresh and piping hot, I received everything I ordered and paid for, I got the condiments I asked for, straws and napkins were in the bag and the staff was competent and pleasant. It was the opposite of every other visit.

Ordered a Dave's single meal. Told there were no fries. So just ordered the sandwich and a chicken sandwich. Food was cold but the burger did not have lettuce or tomato. Was just a single patty with a bunch of cold Shredded cheese and ketchup. By far the WORST experiences and food I've ever received. Wendy's used to be my go to fast food but this might have ruined my experience forever

If you see at least 4 cars in the drive thru, don't even bother going. It will take at least 20-30 min to get through the line. I've had that happen multiple times now and it's not worth the wait.
What's truly makes no sense, is that they close the lobby and you can't go in to pick up your mobile order to avoid this...

Everything in my meal was pretty good. They did not skimp out on the cheese nor the bacon for my baconator fries. The double stack was solid, all the food was hot and fresh, great customer service and food presentation. People are hating way to hard in the reviews
