Told app to deliver and make the food an hour later instead they made it right away and tried to deliver it to me while I was at work, called them to try and change it but they told me they can’t do anything and I would have to pay for it. The computer doesn’t make the food or deliver the pizza! This was an easy fix come on! Currently no refund or pizza.

I use to work here many years ago things have changed…. But the food is still really good for a late night dinner. I sometimes get home very late at night and need some dinner, but am just too tired to make the food. Thus Dominos is the choice for a late night dinner and I’m talking 11pm or later. Yes the economy has really driven down the portions. That being said I’ve had the chicken alfredo pasta and it brings back memories (Dominos please bring back bread bowls!) I’ve also sampled the chicken, bacon, ranch subs and they are really tasty! If you are looking for some food late I’d recommend here!

Third time I ordered extra cheese on the pizza. Pizza came with hardly and cheese at all. Going to the dominoes in downtown Framingham from now on.

Service was horrible. App said it was ready so I clicked that I was there. I waited for some time and there was no timer on the app. It suddenly went to completed order but it still was not brought out so I go inside and the guys are all hanging around eating and they tell me they are still working on it. When they finally come out, I ask to have it double cut and the guy just laughs it off and repeats my order. Thanks buddy for your horrible service. I'll know better to not tip ahead of time.

The service isn't just bad, it's ridiculously so. I ordered a pizza for delivery and when I saw that the online tracker said the delivery person was a minute out, I went to wait by the door so I'd hear the bell. Nothing. Waited a few minutes, looked out the window, went outside to see if they'd dropped it off. Nothing. Went back to the tracker on the computer, it said it was delivered. Saw a missed call on my phone, called the number, it was Domino's. I told them what happened, they said they'd look into it... then hung up on me. Called again, they said the driver had waited outside for 20 minutes and that theyd called me multiple times. Not true, I told them it was 3 minutes max. I finally convinced them to send it out again (they are 3 miles away, maybe 8 minutes drive). This time i waited by the door. Saw an unmarked car pull into the parking lot. Door opened but no one got out. I finally went outside, and that's when the guy got out of the car and gave me my (now cold, not in a delivery bag) pizza without a word. I got inside, looked. Order was partly wrong. I called them back, and they wouldn't send anyone out to fix it or give me the right thing, just told me I'd get a $4 credit on my next order. Ridiculous.

food was delivered at the wrong address when I called to tell them it was never delivered the manager said there was a glitch in the system and it got delivered to the wrong address. Which I get, mistakes can happen but Instead of fixing the issue he was persistent on telling me to go grab it from my neighbors house at 11pm at night. I asked if he could sent another one and he said he would have to charge me for part of it. The whole conversation was so unprofessional, I even asked who I was speaking with and he wouldn’t give me a name. whoever is managing this store clearly doesn’t care about customers satisfaction.

Cleaning here is a problem. While I was here waiting for my food to be packed, I see one employee come from outside, start to cutting and packing sandwiches bread, without hand washed. During this time he also play phone and put hand in the pocket, I really can’t imagine what diseases people will get from eating the bread.

Ordered online and arrived at the eta time for it to be ready and was told it wasn't even made yet. I was fine with it, I understand if you're busy and there's a delay. The worker, Okan, told me that it would be ready in 10-15 mins and he would be making it right then and there. Okay, no problem. Come back 15 mins later and find out my pizzas aren't even completely made yet or in the oven. I told him to cancel my order because I'm not waiting another 15 minutes for a pizza I should have had 1 hour ago.Just a disappointing yet not surprising outcome. Don't recommend and definitely not this location because they only have 1 employee running the entire restaurant operations apparently. Unless you want to wait 1 hour from the time you were given to get it.

So I have ordered from here before and I have only had one problem one time and they fixed the issue the issue was they messed up one of my pizzas but they made me a new one and let me keep the messed up one so in all not that bad

We usually get our pizza here without any complaints. Service has been quite satisfactory. But we were disappointed when we saw few pieces of steak mixed with the toppings that we ordered yesterday. We don’t eat red meat due to our religious beliefs and this came as a shock when we spotted that. I understand that it’s a honest mistake and I totally get that. Just pointing out here so they can be a bit more cautious next time.
