Worst service EVER! This place has gone downhill and the owner doesn't care about it either. They don't answer the phone, they have you waiting forever, and don't get me started on if you're ordering pick-up. I don't get how they are still in business at this point. Why don't you all just hire people who actually want to work, as nobody who is currently employed there wants to?? This will definitely be the last time I buy anything from this location!

I’m a pretty patient person and have worked in food service, so I don’t tend to post negative reviews. However, I can’t overlook the terrible service here. Inattentive staff chatted away with a visiting pal while others waited to be served. The food was prepared slowly and, ultimately, incorrectly despite a totally standard order. I am hungry and annoyed.

Terrible service and inconsistent pricing!! My single everything bagel was consistently a higher price than was listed on the menu. I asked if they were charging for butter and they said no (I now see online that butter is a $0.89 charge….. crazy in it of itself) and then proceeded to not know why I was being charged $3.28 for a $2.39 classic bagel but still charged me the higher price. There is no mention of a butter charge on the menu.
Shows employee incompetence and bad training if they cannot tell me correctly if and what I'm being charged for butter. Additionally, employees are often not there or do not speak to you when you come in. I was once there when a customer decided to serve himself because an employee was nowhere to be found. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Sorry much better options, bagels are too thin and the coffee not great, some places have great bagels and sub par coffee this place has neither staff was pleasant though

Hilariously bad service. We ended up leaving with one of the two sandwiches we ordered because they were so rude and incompetent — truly never seen anything like that. They were literally too busy making bagels for themselves to make customer food — I wish I was exaggerating. Suggest avoiding unless you don’t want food you payed for and/or like high school boys rolling their eyes at you.

Honestly DO NOT go here on the weekends, the customer service isn’t great, often they won’t acknowledge that you’re there waiting for quite some time and then when they do take your order it takes forever. Today we were acknowledged quickly as there was only 1 other person in there and it took a while to get a bagel toasted with butter and a sandwich. Then we had to go back in 2 separate times because the sandwich was made incorrectly AGAIN after having already gone in once and we were traveling and didn’t plan on it taking 25-30min. to get this food so now we’re running late. And when I opened my bagel the whole entire thing was dripping in butter it was so messy. There was a man there who i’m guessing is the manager who when I went in the second time fixed the problem quickly which I appreciated but this was just unacceptable. Im patient it’s just always excessive here.
The bathroom and the dining room were filthy. An employee was mopping the floor in the prep area, while another was preparing bagels for customers. Wouldn't recommend eating anything from this establishment.

Service is horrible. Ordered an online order before 820-ish am. Expected pick up was 840am. Got there at 845. When asked about my order, they gave me attitude and told me to wait. They were serving all the other customers nicely and basically got their order as soon as they ordered. I realize its breakfast time so I waited very patiently. Even those around me kept telling me to ask again because I was waiting for so long and saw all the other customers were getting their food right away. I ended up getting my order at 9:15am. There was no apology and continuous attitude was given when I went to check up on my order. I used to come here all the time, but I will not be going again. Oh also, I got home and saw they left out a muffin and the bagels were not the usual quality I get. Never coming back again. From previous comments, looks like this happens often.

Staff is not good . The service is horrible, me and another customer were waiting over 30 minutes on small easy order . My order was three bagels with cream cheese and the other customer had almost the same thing . We were skipped over and over and my order was given to someone else , so when they went to make my order they didn't have the right bagels . You definitely lost me and a few other people as customers which you probably don't care as your staff made that clear as they didn't try to make anything right and getting mad at me for asking for my money back for the whole order . So thanks for nothing
Need tables and chairs so people can eat. Works appreciate it if they bought more tables - 8 just isn't enough. Also need more service so that they don't run out of coffee and sugar. If only it was enjoyable and comfortable to visit.

I haven't been so satisfied with a bagel since the last Einstein order I had in Michigan 10 years ago. These guys made my day, heck, made my week! I can't believe there's only 1 in Massachusetts but if you get the chance, please give em a go. The store is definitely dated and a bit stale/boring feeling. But the staff and the food make it worth turning a blind eye, imo. Thanks for the awesome bagel sandwich!
Kid-friendliness: I mean, it's a bagel shop, not a playground. It's fine though and can accommodate kids.
