I haven't been so satisfied with a bagel since the last Einstein order I had in Michigan 10 years ago. These guys made my day, heck, made my week! I can't believe there's only 1 in Massachusetts but if you get the chance, please give em a go. The store is definitely dated and a bit stale/boring feeling. But the staff and the food make it worth turning a blind eye, imo. Thanks for the awesome bagel sandwich!

Best bagels! This place is a wreck though. They are so busy and can't keep up so be patient and kind. You will get the very best bagels or bagels sand ever!

Excellent food, fresh and tasty bagels all the time. JalapeƱo cheddar bagels and cheesy hash brown bagels are my favorite with jalapeno salsa cream cheese and garden veggies cream cheese. However, service could be improved, I only order them online for pickup and they didnāt get to my order unless I asked about it after 15-20 minutes. This happened twice previously but recently they have been better and no issues.

The food was delish and the boys are super nice (a team of about 8 15 year olds) but the restaurant is absolutely disgustingly filthy. So, so gross. The bathroom was genuinely worse than a rest stop and I mean that with 100% sincerity. I debated writing this but Iād love to come back and I cannot in good conscience do that without addressing this issue lol!

I placed an online order at 9:25 did not come out until 10. Multiple orders came out that were placed after mine came out sooner. It was a standard order of 2 sandwiches a bagel with cream cheese and a baked good. Every time I gave my name I was told āit would be out soonā. There appeared to be a total lack of organization or efficiency behind the counter. I saw a staff member look over the online tickets and rather than take an older one he took the newest one. I will never be back. The food is not worth the frustration or over inflated price.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. My entire mobile order was made incorrectly this morning. Ordered two egg whites, turkey sausage on a thin bagel. What did I get? One egg, bacon on a full bagel. Our second bagel also was missing the second egg we paid for. Donāt bother ordering a $4.50 cold brew- they just pour from the iced coffee batch so there is no difference between the two items. Should have gone to Starbucks nextdoor.

This place may be run by a dozen teenage boys who share a single brain cell but they know how to make a good bagel sandwich. It would take no effort to post a sign or two on where to order. There are 3 stations and you will most likely choose wrong if itās your first time. You want to order? Good luck! You want to pay? Guess again! You need a coffee cup? Figure it out. Sandwich was delicious but the vibe is confusing.

Donāt order online. They automatically choose the bagels for you and the manager at this location wonāt let you switch them for the ones you want. Since itās prepay there isnāt anything you can do about it. They also got my order wrong and gave me the wrong cream cheese. Didnāt realize until I got home.
