I usually have a good experience here and on Tuesday I got an excellent iced matcha lavender tea with the appropriate portion of lavender as shown on the picture was satisfying. Today on Thursday I asked for less ice which they did but they only put a pinch of the lavender cream and needed to add sugar. Not the best but acceptable.

Often after church, my friends and I visit that Starbucks, but after yesterday, I don’t think I’ll go back anymore. We were hanging out when, out of nowhere, a Starbucks staff member told us to leave immediately. I thought I misheard and said we’d be quieter. She explained that there’s a new policy: no warnings, just kicking people out if they're deemed too loud. I just find it very disrespectful what happened especially because after doing some research we found that there was no such policy. It also felt very targeted because there were other groups being as loud as us which wasn't even too loud and we were the only ones kicked out.

I’ve been coming here for over 10+ years with no issues. My family and I were sitting down eating a pastry and drinking coffee when the manager Aubrey approached us and told us we need to leave or else he would call the police. We were not loud, loitering or doing anything bad. I’m honestly quite confused. I’m not one to claim it was racism but considering we were the only ones in the store who looked different than everyone else it’s hard to not think that.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this Starbucks today. My friends and I, all Egyptian American, were simply sitting and chatting, not disturbing anyone, when the shift manager, Aubrey, approached us without warning in a very rude manner, told us that we needed to leave or the police would be called. This was completely out of the blue, as we were just enjoying our time together after church. This all started after a Caucasian male customer complained about us for no apparent reason, and we were singled out because of it.
As if that wasn’t enough, another Egyptian American family with an infant child was also told to leave as well, despite the fact that they weren’t causing any disruption either. The entire experience felt discriminatory and completely uncalled for.

This been my favorite store since long time ago, I live 8 miles away an I don’t might to drive to get my COFFE but, in two weeks in a row I have had a bad experience with my order: first: I always order hot Blonde vanilla latte when is hot I order no foam but this time I got like half of cup when I asked the barista it’s says is because you order w/ no foam, the second time: they forgot it the vanilla syrup when I went back and asked for the barista walk in front of me and check if I really order w/ vanilla flavor🫣 not really happy with this since this it’s been my favorite COFFE shop for long time ago it’s look like I have to change… Hope you guys can see this review and check about of the service you guys give it to the customers
