I usually have a good experience here and on Tuesday I got an excellent iced matcha lavender tea with the appropriate portion of lavender as shown on the picture was satisfying. Today on Thursday I asked for less ice which they did but they only put a pinch of the lavender cream and needed to add sugar. Not the best but acceptable.

Just okay experience. Everyone was pleasant. No drive up.Some may be out of their control, but they didn't have:1. Toffee nut syrup2. Decaffeinated iced coffee3. Decaffeinated hot coffee (they had to prepare an Americano with hot water)4. Staff

This is one of my favorite location of all time! They get busy during rush hour but you can tell that theyre working hard to get orders out on time, so I cant be mad. 10/10 service everytime, and the people are so friendky
