Originally, my friend had left a negative review about this restaurant about messing up my order and charging my card twice. However, I must take it back after the excellent way the Local staff, specifically Lauren, helped me. After speaking with Lauren on the phone, she cleared up my issues with the double charge (an honest mistake) and sent a very nice apology note with a gift card. We love the food and drinks at the Local and I have not had any other negative experiences prior...
