We tried to order dinner and they kept saying they couldn’t find our house. We described what our house looked like and said what main rd we live off of. I would not recommend getting delivery with them. With their lack of knowledge on how to operate a GPS our food is now an hour late. UPDATE: not only was it late they gave us the wrong food. Please do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

Once upon a time I went to this Domino's to pick-up an order I had placed on the app, as I have been a long time customer of Domino's since living in CT. The store was extremely busy and I waited in line for a bout 20 min for 3 or 4 customers to be helped, which is fine. I get to the counter and the lady doesn't acknowledge me as she starts counting the tip jar on the counter. I say "excuse me." She looks up for second, then continues to count. I say "Can I pay for my order?" She finished counting and walked away, which blew me away. Thankfully I put it as cash so I just left without anything and vowed to never go back. I went back on my vow about 5 months later. I placed an order like normal and go to pick it up. I paid cash, received my order, and said "i dont need the change," which was about 50 cents. The lady literally said "Ppfftt.." It is very clear to me that the carryout employees shouldn't ever be tipped in this restaurant. I have not been back since, and i will not be going back. The Auburn domino's is a decent alternative occasionally, but ultimately I stick to little Ceasar's now. It's sad because I live just around the block from webster domino's. Whatever.

Couldn't even place a order it was 30in before closing and they didn't wanna cook food stating they was closed never in my life. Under this new management the service there is horrible they might be better closing down. Been ordering from there for well over 15 yrs and never had a problem til now it's so sad. Domino's needs to be boycotted til they find ppl that wanna work.

Worst delivery driver I’ve ever had, extremely rude. First he pulled up 4 houses down from my apartment, and when I told him I’m a couple houses further up he replies “I don’t see you”, mind you I wrote in the notes of my order that I’m on the second floor. I walk downstairs to meet the driver and he holds my drink order outside the car window so I approach the car and he hands me my order. So I ask him how much he says $30.57 so I’m holding two $20 bills in my hand and I ask him for change and he says he doesn’t have any. At this point I’m annoyed so I went upstairs grabbed exact change and went BACK down to give it to him. Mind you he DID NOT get out of his car this whole time.
The "pepperoni ? cheesy bread" IS ? BOMB! The photo of the chicken; or "seasoned barbecue chicken" online looked delicious. It looks like just chicken with barbecue sauce, and cheese, but it looked like "fresh chicken." Then when you get it, it's like frozen breaded yucky chicken! Taste good but very deceiving!

UNDER NEW MANAGER TRY IT NOW new manager makes the food to perfection and is in need of drivers give them a chance they have a killer deal on the app that gives you points for free stuff and everything is 6.99 plus tax if you use the deal trust me it's nothing like how it was before your food is HOT and READY get it before they boom with business and have to wait your turn for some awesome food

Not what it used to be. Pizza is returning to old habits- greasy, thin crust, lack of "robust" flavor and slow. Drivers are always friendly and courteous and that's the only thing positive about this review. 5 stars for the delivery folks.
Edit... 7\19 Tried again and my order never arrived and no contact from the store. App showed driver in the next town 45 minutes after placing the order. Apparently they had better places to be and then my order said it was delivered and that was the end of that. I have no pizza and cant order anywhere else at this time night now. Thanks for stealing my money and leaving me hungry. Stay away from here!
