The pizza was good but the staff lazy I did delivery to my car twice and they never come out yesterday I went in and they were all sitting down on their phone doing nothing! Pay attention!!!!

District manager n then the guys n madame's that work this store have pride in thier work and store reached out to me and was extremely kind glad to have this as my dominoes and the crew tonight was amazing as always Johnathan and Erica are the ones I know by name but there's another 2 that make some mean food every time they'll never disappoint n the driver was super polite tonight glad to see everyone is doing well thank you

Oder food have it delivered to my house and the lady makes me drop some of my food need to send her back to school of delivery. And on top of it my pizza was made wrong and now I’m out the money and not the pizza I wanted. It is not hard to read what the pizza has on it and make it not put red sauce on every pizza.

No one spoke English on Thursday night little ridiculous having to use phone to translate. She is trying to ring it up. Now she is on phone cant figure it out .why would manager leave them not k owing how to speak English crazy .No English. Hello I o ly speak English. Couldn't communicate with staff was ridiculous. I will never return to Domino's in webster was terrible order was wrong o well it's to bad and try to call and complain as you dont get the store . I liked there pan pizza it has gone down in the Webster store

Usually they always get my order right so I trust them blindly but I never order a plain pizza and once u got home I realized they didn’t put any of the extra toppings I paid for one there. Although the order was messed up, that staff were still very good and pleasant! Just need to breathe and focus more I get when it’s busy being in the food industry which is why I won’t go back angry I’m just eating the plain pizza but just pay attention and slow down! It’s okay! Thank you for all you do on minimum wage employees.

Why can’t I just call this pizza place? I kept calling and all I got was different options and call centers. I called Auburn and went right to the store. Why would I ever go here after that? I know they probably expect you to go online. But what the hell happened to just calling and putting in a pizza order over the phone? Never ever again

We tried to order dinner and they kept saying they couldn’t find our house. We described what our house looked like and said what main rd we live off of. I would not recommend getting delivery with them. With their lack of knowledge on how to operate a GPS our food is now an hour late. UPDATE: not only was it late they gave us the wrong food. Please do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.
The website is easy for ordering, food was ready when promised, order was hot and perfect, young man who brought the order to my car was pleasant.

I Called to place an order at midnight on the dot they said delivery only smh. I live on lake st. Then they tell me I can't order stores bout to close. The store closes at 1 pm smfh

Once upon a time I went to this Domino's to pick-up an order I had placed on the app, as I have been a long time customer of Domino's since living in CT. The store was extremely busy and I waited in line for a bout 20 min for 3 or 4 customers to be helped, which is fine. I get to the counter and the lady doesn't acknowledge me as she starts counting the tip jar on the counter. I say "excuse me." She looks up for second, then continues to count. I say "Can I pay for my order?" She finished counting and walked away, which blew me away. Thankfully I put it as cash so I just left without anything and vowed to never go back. I went back on my vow about 5 months later. I placed an order like normal and go to pick it up. I paid cash, received my order, and said "i dont need the change," which was about 50 cents. The lady literally said "Ppfftt.." It is very clear to me that the carryout employees shouldn't ever be tipped in this restaurant. I have not been back since, and i will not be going back. The Auburn domino's is a decent alternative occasionally, but ultimately I stick to little Ceasar's now. It's sad because I live just around the block from webster domino's. Whatever.
