Honestly this is the only Dunkin I get anything from. They always get my latte on point and I always get a laugh and good experience. Every morning I look forward to Raquel (I’m not sure if that’s the correct spelling forgive me lol) but she’s my favorite Dunkin employee! Always smiling and I love a good laugh in the morning with my coffee, just a great bonus!

I used to try my hardest not to have to go to this location on Thompson Rd Webster, but today I went & even though I feel like I got charged to much, Kayla was very polite & when she couldn't figure it out, she suggested calling tomorrow to speak to manager. She was very professional about the whole matter, I even told her she had changed my opinion about that location.

Terrible experience at Dunkin this morning. I placed a mobile order and once I got to the window, the bleach blonde hot Cheeto girl working was giving me dirty looks the whole time I was waiting. Didn’t say a word as she was passing me my coffees and when she gave me the last coffee it dripped onto my car and all over me. She passed me napkins saying “here, you got some on your car,” not a sorry or anything. As far as my order I got a wrap and bagel minis and received 2 wraps and no bagels. My cold brew that’s supposed to have coconut tastes like it has raspberry in it.
