Red head girl thats there in the morning gave me all the wrong food I ordered at the drivethrough and had the absolute worst attitude Ive ever encountered, I had to walk in and ask for it to be fixed and she hardly acknowledged me and she was tossing food around, squished my food, and sent me on my way. Food was bad, wasnt even fully cooked/warm, overall just bad experience here. I usually come here for food and beverages, but im done with this location because its just all around *not good* and they dont even have half the items they have listed on the menu because theyre smaller ig, thats what they said. Only decent person there is Connor on the evening shift, he was very nice and outgoing, happy. Everyone else needs to take a page out of his book

Hello, I wanted to share my experience at your location on 1/29/24 I come through regularly before my shift and I’ve never had an issue until tonight.
At 10:40 PM, the employee on duty rudely stated, “We don’t have anything but iced coffee.” Even then, my order was made incorrectly. I requested a large iced coffee with 5 caramel, 5 cream, 4 sugar, and an espresso shot. Since caramel wasn’t available, I substituted another flavor—but I could barely taste any sweetener at all. The order also wasn’t labeled with a sticker, making me question whether it was made correctly despite repeating it multiple times.
Additionally, when I pulled up to the window, I noticed a whole trash bag carelessly tossed on the ground right in front of it, which was concerning.
I rely on this location because it’s the only option open during my shift, and I’m genuinely disappointed by the lack of care in service and cleanliness. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

Honestly this is the only Dunkin I get anything from. They always get my latte on point and I always get a laugh and good experience. Every morning I look forward to Raquel (I’m not sure if that’s the correct spelling forgive me lol) but she’s my favorite Dunkin employee! Always smiling and I love a good laugh in the morning with my coffee, just a great bonus!

I used to try my hardest not to have to go to this location on Thompson Rd Webster, but today I went & even though I feel like I got charged to much, Kayla was very polite & when she couldn't figure it out, she suggested calling tomorrow to speak to manager. She was very professional about the whole matter, I even told her she had changed my opinion about that location.
