I don’t even think their donuts are fresh in the morning. They were a little soft but at the same time there was a crunch to a couple. It’s was about 9-10am.

I order a coffee and I went to the window to get my coffee. I saw my coffee was ready but the associated was helping someone behind me and I waited more then two min. then i left the place and because of her i was angry and i was late to my work . This is not the first time they do that to me . I’m all done with that dunking

It’s crazy… I ordered in English, they spoke English, and I just got the mystery grab bag of coffees🤦‍♂️. Medium Hot, Regular, Espresso Shot… Simple. && this is a gross combo, whoever ordered it lol

My order this morning included 2 LG coffees, and the Grubhub driver told the DD lady it was for 2 coffees. The DD lady told her to take the single coffee and if I had a complaint, I should call DD. I AM FURIOUS AND I WILL DEFINITELY GO TO THE DD STORE TO COMPLAIN! The Grubhub driver said that the DD lady was rude as well.

One of the worst experiences I've had at Dunkin', which is saying something. Waited 20 minutes at this drive-thru only location (only 3 cars in line), and the latte we got was not a latte (only semi-warmed flavored milk). They missed the espresso. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

I will never go back here again, on Father’s Day I did a mobile order for a large ice caramel swirl latte xtra caramel and cold foam , when I got to the window I was told they were out of caramel and was told that I needed to get something else or I could come back the next day to get it , due to the employee not having numbers to do a refund , so Monday I go back and the so called manager wouldn’t honor that I paid for a latte that I never recieved and was very rude I go to Dunkin’s everyday and have never been so disrespected by like I said a so called manager .

The only reason I have the food 4 stars is because it isn't all made in house. If it was, undoubtedly I know this location would be a complete 5 stars. They may be small but every staff member i have encountered here is a literal ray of sunshine in my day. I can't speak highly enough about them❤️

Great people at the drive-thru and I usually just get a coffee so when I saw the black woman take a bagel sandwich out of the toaster, scrape the egg and cheese off with her fingernails and put the bagel on the counter to use again, I know that I will never get food there. I was told that the owner forces staff to reuse food. Board of Health needs a call.
