My orders are always made in a rush when it’s not busy, which results in poorly made drinks. For instance, when I order a large size of matcha, they give me a frothy cup, half of which goes down. The drinks don’t resemble the pictures, where is the cream or anything like the second picture?

Cutting hours on my favorite service person 🫤. Not happy with service from all others. I mean it's an ok place, I have to speed through at night to get to work & Kayla knows my order by heart, & it's not an easy one. Others try but I honestly don't think they have the experience, or they lack the training. I talk to others at work & they get the same type of service from her!! She's great!!! I just need to find a new one that can get my order right!! Wish ya luck Kay!!

Stopped there again after a long & horrible work week...However my wife & I"s fav Dunkins worker Kay(our nickname for her) makes our lives so much better!!!
You know it really does make a huge difference when the person that's making your order and food is always positive or has a positive perspective on everything! We often go out of our way on the night she is working to go to this Duncan's en you need to vent for 30 seconds ?

Parking: It is in a great spot on the corner of Thompson and Lake Street and Webster but there really is only about three regular parking spots to the store with one handicap. Across the parking lot there's about three or four spots but who wants to walk across an entire parking lot? Definitely has to do with the store itself and nothing with Duncan's that's why they have a drive-thru ✌?

I went to the drive through there and ordered my wife a Large ice coffee. They gave me a medium ice coffee & charged me for a large. I don't drink ice coffee. But when they handed it to me. It looked much smaller than what my wife usually gets when she orders a large. She wasn't with me. But she told me that wasn't a large when I brought it home. The sticker on the side of the cup said Large. I was charged for a large. But it was a medium. Because we went to another Dunkin Donuts location later that day & I saw the difference.

I am absolutely fed up with Dunkin' Donuts! They can’t get my drink right no matter how many times I order it. When I tried to address the issue, the staff acted like I was bothering them. The sticker on my cup was wrong, and when I pointed it out, they had the audacity to tell me they knew better! It was still nothing like what I ordered. This level of incompetence and attitude is unacceptable! Btw my drink order is med iced, 3 caramel, 2 creams. Not exactly a complicated order. Every other dunkin can manage to get it right

Came during my lunch break and went through the drive thru expecting fast service since I ordered on the app. Waited in line for 15 minutes while the worker chatted casually with the person ahead (4 cars deep). When I received my coffee it was made incorrectly, bitter and cold.

15 minutes at counter with 3 employees working. Looking at us finally one says we will be right with you..then leaves

Inside customer comes up to report items missing from order while we continue to wait...oh well we left and went to Honey Dew. Unbelievable

Attitude at the drive through. Cold brew was so watery I could see through it. One sip, and in the trash where it belonged. Second bad experience here, won’t be back!!!
