The sushi is not the best here. The table service is eh. The rest of the food is good. The drinks are great. I like the food, my husband got sick both times we ate here. So unfortunately we will not be going anymore. Very beautiful building & clean single bathrooms.

It's not on the menu, but you have to try the avocado bowl. Everything here is fabulous and Jennie and Emily are so nice! Great sushi chef too along with everyone here! 3/1/26-Still Great! Tried the Sakura Roll! It was fabulous as we're the folks there. Must try!

We were very disappointed in the service and food last night. 3 of us ordered food and only 2 received a meal. When we asked about where the missing meal was they said “oh the cook didn’t know Ben start it when I checked and he’s as stubborn as a mule”. The food NEVER came so we cancelled it and the 2 meals that were delivered were terrible. I felt as if the food chicken fingers re fried. I was missing an egg roll and when I told her I was supposed to have it-she said “I don’t know”. The server was miserable and not helpful when we asked questions. The managers were no better and they only offered to take 10% off the bill even though we did not eat the meals. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It has been years since I ate here and for a good reason. Nothing has changed. Terrible all around.

The server was never trained how to be a server. They had no one bussing tables but piling dirty dishes onto one table. The building was so cold. When questioned the questionable server i quote “ she doesn’t want to turn up the heat and have the workers pass out” WHAT? In other words the owner is too cheap to pay for heat? What a horrible experience! I asked for Pinot Grigio and given Chardonnay. Was told they were out of pork fried rice so we would have to wait for them to make more. 7:00pm on a Friday night? We had to park in the back parking lot that was not even plowed. Just a horrible way to run a business!

We asked to take something off the order and they end up removing my friend's sashimi dinner for 36$not worth it. Waiters were nice though.
For the love of God if youre going to serve sushi, stop serving minced tuna shrimp garbage with spicy sauce for anything spicy... Spicy yellow tail should not be minced at all! Stop serving minced sushi as a filling ! It's absolutely disgusting.. Other food was good but no one knows this place is ever open and it's always empty... They need to fix their sushi problem or stop serving it... There should be nothing minced in sushi filling and mixed with other fish! And selling it as yellow tail!

Wow! Just wow! We just moved here from Malden and we were super sad that Tiki Island closed. We decided to try Eastern Pearl and wow it was amazing! The sushi was freshly made and literally amazing! The ginger is beige just so you know lol. But seriously every single thing we ordered was amazing! Strong mai tais, the best crab Rangoon I’ve ever tasted in my life, the vegetable pan fried noodles were literally perfect! I mean every single thing was perfect! I 10000% will be back to visit Sam at the bar for his excellent service! Thank you Sam aka my first Cats name!

My family and I have been coming here for many years, it is our go to Chinese restaurant. Over the past 2 to 3 years the quality of the food has consistently decreased. We have never eaten in due to the fact that the main business of this restaurant is its bar and the interior ambience is not nice for a quiet meal dining in. The meal that I received yesterday was abysmal. There were three dishes that had the exact same sauce , just with different proteins, and the sauce was clearly straight out of a jar. The Peking ravioli were so overdone they were inedible and the shumai were frozen in the middle. We aren’t picky eaters and this restaurant has always been very satisfactory American Chinese food. But the near complete waste of a meal I had last night will cause me to never return to this restaurant again.
