We used to order from this place all the time. Slowly their quality of food and service has declined. Tonight was the final straw, the food was mediocre at best, and I ordered a large order of crab ragoons and never received them. When calling back I was stuck waiting on hold for 5+ minutes, when someone finally answered I informed them of not receiving part of my order, the women then claimed that I had asked for extra chicken and not crab ragoons which is false. They refused to credit me my money, I will never return.

If your looking for amazing sushi the pearl is your place. Love the staff , very friendly and personable. The menu is so good. I've been trying different things on the menu as I am now a regular. you wont be disappointed.

Got pai tai chicken to go. i got food poisoning with diarrhea and throwing up right after eating it and running to the bathroom all night. I brought it back what was left the next day and they wouldn't reimburse me plus they had a nasty
Awesome food!! The house fried rice is delicious!!! We had the rice, beef teriyaki, pot stickers, crab Rangoon, general gau chicken and wings!! Don’t judge ? it’s hard to find good Chinese in Florida!! Definitely got my fill tonight!!

Eastern Pearl in Webster, MA hands down has some of the best Asian /Chinese cuisine. They offer great tasting sushi, pupu platter is amazing, Their house rice is a meal on its own. Due to the house rice has chicken, pork (from boneless spareribs), egg, shrimp, peas, carrots, onions (it is white jasmine rice with no soy sauce added). Always great service. Large bar area and plenty of seating. 2 TV"s great drink options. Handicap accessible ramp and tables. Great kids options. Large parking lot and street parking. Closed on Tuesdays. They also offer take-out service. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of table seating as well. The Eastern Pearl definitely is a wonderful place to eat. Enjoy

I had relatives visiting from Florida & they had a craving for Chinese food. Since it was a Monday, the place that I usually get Chinese food from (The New Hot Wok in Douglas....by far the BEST Chinese food in the area!) unfortunately was closed. We first stopped at the Empire Wok in Webster. It was 12:30 in the afternoon & there wasn't a single car in the parking lot. We thought it was closed or out of business. The place looked dingy & dirty from the outside, & even though We discovered that it was indeed open, lack of any cars in the lot was a bad sign, so We decided to try Eastern Pearl. I ordered the luncheon combo plate, chicken with cashew nuts. It came with pork fried rice, & I opted for an egg roll from the appetizer list. It was pretty disappointing to say the least. The waitress had the personality of an ash tray...no Thank You, nothing. The rice was bland & tasteless, the chicken was miniscule diced pieces & a very small portion, and the egg roll had a very strange taste. The best thing about the entire meal was the glass of water. First & last time at this joint! If You want REAL Chinese food skip this place & go to the New Hot Wok in Douglas!

Took over 30 minutes to give me my takeout order. Ordered the food over an hour ago. Literally served all the people that came in before and after me first. everytime i have come here i have had to wait a RIDICULOUS amount of time. I am exhausted from working 11 hours. you would think a take out order would be ready when you get there…
