I like the vibe of the shop, it's neat and clean and there's always something new to look at. The shakes are fantastic and the teas are a lifesaver(potent)on the mornings Im just not on top of my game......plus they have snacks 😁

Out of dozens of times I've left reviews for places, I think this is only the second time ive left a bad review. There's no shortage of times that warranted a bad review but I understand people have bad days and mistakes happen. I called 20 minutes ahead because I have a very tight schedule today. My timeliness affects other people's day as well which is why give myself extra time for these reasons. As I mentioned, I called 20 minutes ahead and ordered a shake. When I arrived, I was told that they just switched shifts so the woman called the lady that had just left and apparently she forgot to make my drink. I was annoyed because of my tight schedule, but that is why I give myself extra time. It ended up taking her forever to make the shake But I was the only one There other than a guy sitting in a corner who already had his drink. The person who is working was nice enough about it but definitely overcharged me by a few dollars over what I usually pay. Then I get to my car and realize that my drink is just filled with huge pieces of ice chips and tastes nothing like what it usually taste like. So now I am late my clients are pissed and I have this crappy drink that I overpaid for and taste horrible. I'm not even that picky of a person, but this drink Just taste like shredded ice and no flavor at all.

FYI. Calling your business “Platinum Nutrition” but still adding trash ingredients to your protein shakes defeats the purpose. Nothing healthy about this, just another place trying to give you diabetes. Do better.
