FYI. Calling your business “Platinum Nutrition” but still adding trash ingredients to your protein shakes defeats the purpose. Nothing healthy about this, just another place trying to give you diabetes. Do better.

Have tried Factor Level a couple of times, most recently this past Saturday - while the teas were ok, the shakes were very icy and pretty bland compared to shakes I bought from similar shops in Dudley & Auburn.

Tried this place out today, and was thrilled with my order. I had the Mocha Peppermint Dream and it was so good! Stomach issues means meal replacements, and this place is definitely going to be my go to.

Honestly a very disappointing experience. Grabbed a shake the other day and literally felt like I was just eating ice. The teas had little to no flavor and the shake was unpleasant. I usually get shakes near Worcester and tried this place since I was in the area. Sadly won’t be returning. Place has potential just missed the marker for me completely.
