So far I have had no problems with food at Friendly’s. I only had one problem with Customer Service one time and the owner took care of it right away. Every other time I’ve called it’s been very good.The crispy chicken salad is awesome.

Iconic place for a classic meal and desert. We grew up with Friendly's always available for family meals. It's not the low price place it used to be. A meal for two with sundaes runs over $50 now. But it will always be our go-to for comfort food.

I buy the Rockin Poppin Cotton Candy ice cream when I shop at Walmart and the ice cream is fantastic. This review is under Wayne Làvalley because I couldn't figure out how to change the name. Restaurant is extremely dirty. Staff is not motivated to carry out the customer service that makes friendly’s. Place is on life support! This franchise was one of the best growing up and having memories with my family and friends! Fight back friendly’s!!!

Waitress and cook sitting in lobby eating between cooking and waiting on tables. Could hear both complaining about scheduling manager. Did not offer another drink when drink was gone halfway through meal. Cook sat in lobby while food cooking. Unprofessional

When I usually go here. It is always great but this time was very different. Me and my family went in to dine in and we sat down and ordered food. Then when we got the food we got plastic silverware and paper cups. We couldn't eat our food with it so we used our hands. We ate what we could and took it home so that we can eat with proper silverware. We ordered ice cream and they still tried to give us paper cups for the ice cream so we asked to have it in a regular ice cream glass. Then they gave us plastic spoons. Then I asked for a regular silver spoon because the plastic one broke very easily. It was like I was eating a to go order for here. I hope that it never happens again.

The restaurant was disgusting. The floors were dirty and the view of the kitchen from my table was even worse. If I wasn't starving I would have gone somewhere else. I had to ask the waitress 4 times for utensils and still ended up eating my appetizer with my hands. I definitely won't be coming back. It's a shame, I used to love coming here.

Friendlys is what it is. TOTAL RESPECT FOR THE FOOD SERVERS YOU ARE AWESOME. A step above a McDonald's and a step below an Applebee's. Simple decent food at a family affordable price..... and save room for ice cream. It is the same as I remember it being 40 years ago. They still have the fishamajig sandwich my mom would order. Respectable burgers ,platters and salads. You would order ice cream at the outside window in the summer. Mom and dad ordered Maple walnut. Lots of memories at friendlys over the last 40 yrs.

Service was slow. Very understaffed. One waitress waiting on the entire restaurant. The food was good when we eventually received it. But, the place is falling apart. Gives off dirty vibes. Ceiling tiles were missing and water stains on the ceiling. Some booths were closed because of concern for leaks or potential for the tiles to fall on the customer.
