So I ordered the lomein and it tasted like some sort of cleaner so I let let know and they gave me a replacement, but I had taken a few bites of the lomein already. What I did eat of it made me so sick I won’t get that again. The other food seemed to ok but when I called to let them know about it they were kinda and were like well whatever….?
Very racist store. I went in seeing great reviews before heading to the lake with my fiance. I didnt check the food until we got to the lake. My order and my fiances order was complegwly wrong. Ive been to many chinese restaraunts across the country and ive never been spoken too in such a way in front of my fiance. Tbey gavw me the wrong order and my fiances order was completely destroyed with cherries and pineapples she is allergic too. This order was not supppsed to have any of that included. When i went to ask for an order change the woman was completely rude refused to refund or make a new order and said they make their food the white people way and looked at my fiance. We left with nothing and they have $20 free dollars i dont mind the money but we deserve this service when you are a customer.

People here are very rude and don't understand English apparently. I had to repeat the address to the person who answered the phone at least six times. I gave them my card number to pay for the order and they called me back and said the card was declined I thought that she put the card number in wrong so I tried to verify the card number again and she refused to take the same card number again just repeating "no money". I order here all the time and never had an issue until now. If you can't speak and understand English you should not be answering phones and taking orders simple.
