Very Upbeat and Friendly Staff

Parking: East Main Street in Webster. If you get there early you can find a parking spot. There's about 6 spots in front and about 8 or 10 spots on the side of the building. It's still the best place to go for breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch. The staff is very friendly and courteous.
Kid-friendliness: They allow the kids to take their time when they are looking at the list of items to see what they want. They talk to the kids while they're getting there goodies.
Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk that runs the length of the building has a slight angle at one end for wheelchairs and people like me who walks with a cane to easily make their way up to the door.
What an aloof pair working the counter mid-morning today. young man with the glasses was whining about his personal issues and makes it perfectly clear with his actions and attitude, he does not want to be there. did not pay attention at all waiting on me. did not place the cover on the coffee properly. picked up my coffee and spilled all over the counter. The girl was not much better. I think I will stick to the other honeydew on main street. Much better customer service.

Have to say these girls are the best of the best! Never once had a bad experience! And Brittany with the blue hair is phenomenal!! I don't even have to order, she always has my stuff ready at the counter. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Terrible!!!! I stopped by today to get a coffee and some drinks. The drive-thru operator ( I believe I heard her tell the cops her name is Tiffany) was rude and rushing us. I asked for help with the menu and options as Iām not familiar with it and she said āitās right in front of you on the boardā At that point I asked if she was ok?? she mentioned she was the only one at the shop and had to rush and if we didnāt like it we should go to the next honey dew down the street. I said no thatās fine Iāll like to be serve here. after that she went silent and stopped responding to us. We went around several times and she still refused to take our order. I donāt know if there is in fact a honey dew down the street or not but I was already there and had to drive 40mn home so I decided to go inside. As soon as she saw us she turned around and ignored us. I put my stuff down on the counter and she immediately called the cops. Didnāt even asked for our order or nothing. She accused us of being aggressive, slamming stuff and breaking stuff! We waited for the cops because we were certain we were NOT being aggressive! The cops agreed, we were NOT being aggressive and NOTHING was touched or broken but we still had to leave the establishment because she refused to service us. If she doesnāt want to assist customer perhaps she shouldnāt be in customer service!

Always fresh and always clean.Staff is great and friendly.
