Webster, Ma - The food tasted good however the portions were atrocious and highly overpriced. We got the family meal deal with sides. The side portions were only big enough for 1 person and 1 of them was missing. Also, we ordered a 12 piece and only got 10. The girl behind the counter was high and there were individuals doing drugs/drug deal in the parking lot. Never going back, do not recommend!

I work second shift and stoped here for a some chicken after work. I got to the order window and was told they didn’t have any chicken. This was two and a half hours before they closed. There were three people in the drive through ahead of me and one behind. I was trapped there for 20 min and could not leave. And didn’t buy any food.

As usual went there looking for a quick meal and didn't get any sauce with my dunkin meal. Even the mashed potato poppers cane without gravy. It's my own fault for thinking this place can actually complete an order.
So we went back and asked about the sauces. We were supposed to get 6 sauces and gravy for the new potato things. We were offered 3 sauces and an extremely small container of gravy. This place is a joke.
The worst KFC me and my wife ever went too. I have gone to this KFC a couple times before and everything time I go there through the drive thru literally 1 to 1:30 hours before they close they always start that they have no more food for the KFC side. So this one night I went through the drive thru I was waiting in the drive thru for 5 to 10 mins. Then I went around to go inside the restaurant.. as soon as I drive by the window I see a employee in the dining area smoking a vape numerous times with customers in the dining area. Then I walked in with my wife and the employee is still smoking a vape in the dining area.. then I see him scratching himself in a area where he should of went to the bath and washed his hands. Then he went to take orders. And then another employee running back and forth from the dining room n the back of the counters. I WOULDN'T LET ANYONE I KNOW EAT THERE. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD.

I had ordered DoorDash from them and my order was wrong. I called the store and Santos said to come in and he will remake my order for me. When I got to the store he remade my order completely free and even added in something extra to make up for my order being wrong. Santos was super friendly and went above and beyond what he needed to to fix my order. Amazing customer service from him.
