Service at this location has been top notch. Staff friendly and prompt. Order is timely and correct. Something is wrong with the Putnam location, which I live near. Well worth the drive every time to Webster. Thank you.

We waited 45 minutes for our food just for it to come out cold and all wrong. The nacho fries smelled weird and everything tasted horrible. Despite everything being wrong I only brought back one taco and asked them to make it right, it took 3 minutes and somehow was still cold. Not to mention how long we had to wait just to order. Everyone was undertrained and had no clue what they were doing.

Apparently this place is a meet and greet among friends, 30+ we waited for 5 pieces of chicken while workers were running around the lobby with their friends who came to see them, they forgot my order and had to ask which I wouldn't have cared if they were actually busy, with a few people in the lobby and a full house of incompetent staff. Would not recommend this place absolutely disappointed

Chicken sandwich had the texture of a hockey puck. Rock hard and hard to eat, never experienced this before even with fast food. Even re heated. This is gross

I went through drive thru on on Thursday night it was a new person that worked there for 1 month and his boss. Got a chicken meal and 3 soft tacos supremes my daughter ate 1 of the soft taco supreme and found a tiny plastic from a top of a cup inside her soft taco supreme . She threw the food away of coarse . Was disappointed. The money I spend and then find stuff in food was upsetting. I would never go there to eat again . Never recommend anyone to go there .

I liked this place but I have had a few bad experiences. One girl that has curly hair that works at night, always has a bad attitude and has given me bad customer service. Today she took our order and magically our order got erased, we waited for our order for around 30 minutes. A guy was nice and helped us and im grateful for him but the fries were soggy and cold and the chicken was also cold. Big difference between Am Shift and night shift. Trash was overflowing bathroom was kinda of a mess. I do understand its fast food and it gets busy but it feels that they dont care at all. Wish for the experience to get better or I will take my bussiness elsewhere.

the last three times I went to this KFC in Webster ma I was very upset with several issues 1. the floor behind the counter was extremely filthy 2. I ordered drumsticks and a thigh original the drumsticks were so small they were more like pigeon legs and had only one bite of meat on them. the thigh also did not have much to eat on it and the coating was so hard it was like a rock. I would suggest that something needs to be done with this situation
The servers and counter staff were excellent the food was greasy and now I remember why I don't eat there

Staff were good. Food was good. The place was dirty. Had to clean my own table before I sat down to eat. When I was ready to leave they came around to clean the tables, they use dirty water and just spread the filth around. KFC should clean the tables like Chick-fil-A, with a clean wipe and spray bottle. They spray the table, wipe it clean & dry with a clean wipe, unlike KFC with the same dirty rag and same dirty water. Other than cleanliness it was good

Tell me why I come to pick up my mobile order just for them to tell me they don't have any chicken left and they can't fulfill my order nor refund me. This place is horrible how are you a chicken restaurant and you don't have chicken in stock....makes no sense

Service was great but the food was disgusting! I’ve never eaten tenders that were so tough. I’m not even sure how one would achieve this but they figured it out! For a side I got coleslaw with no spoon, so the lid did had to double as one?♂️. The only thing edible were the honey packets. I would have felt better if they just clubbed me and stole the money out of my wallet…
