The staff is useless. Nothing is ever hot and ready. Just stood there for 10 minutes, finally was asked if I needed anything. I asked what was hot and ready, he looks at me, throws away two pizzas, and then says “nothing” it’ll be a 20 minute wait.

How is it that I ordered food for a party on the app with an hours pick up time and when I got there they didn't have half the order available. I'm not talking not ready, I'm talking like they just didn't have anything to make it with. They didn't even have the 3 Pepsi's that I ordered. Over 50% of my order was never going to be filled. You would have thought they would give me a courtesy call or text before I drove 30 minutes out there or maybe, just maybe have the app only include what you can actually make. Getting a refund involved going back and forth with the manager or whoever was in charge in the back. They were perfectly happy to keep all my money while only giving me a partial order.

My pizza was raw dark on the top and all the rest was doe. I couldn't even eat it. I spit it out. Honestly we asked 4 it 2 be done well we waited 20 mins and have raw cold pizza how please HOW???? Never again the kid most certainly didn't want 2 be there. The phone rang and he was doing nothing but he just let the phone ring and ring it rang 10 times at least before he answered it. The place could also use a good cleaning. People beware read the reveiws that should tell you all you need 2 know.
