I placed my order on their app. It was ready as soon as I walked through the door. Their Crazy Puffs are awesome. The service was fast & friendly. Very clean establishment too. It's not a dine in restaurant. It's take out only.

The staff is useless. Nothing is ever hot and ready. Just stood there for 10 minutes, finally was asked if I needed anything. I asked what was hot and ready, he looks at me, throws away two pizzas, and then says “nothing” it’ll be a 20 minute wait.
Thanks for wasting my time. Do better.

How is it that I ordered food for a party on the app with an hours pick up time and when I got there they didn't have half the order available. I'm not talking not ready, I'm talking like they just didn't have anything to make it with. They didn't even have the 3 Pepsi's that I ordered. Over 50% of my order was never going to be filled. You would have thought they would give me a courtesy call or text before I drove 30 minutes out there or maybe, just maybe have the app only include what you can actually make. Getting a refund involved going back and forth with the manager or whoever was in charge in the back. They were perfectly happy to keep all my money while only giving me a partial order.
