We went in planning to have dinner and a few margaritas afterward, but the tall woman working behind the bar made the experience terrible. We were there with our two-year-old, who was well-behaved — not crying, screaming, or causing any problems.
From the moment we walked in, before we even had a chance to open the menu, she was already asking for our order and rushing us. Then, while we were still eating and the table was full of untouched food she asked if we wanted boxes! — even though the food was barely touched and it had only been about eight minutes since it was served.
She never asked if we wanted another drink or dessert; it felt like she just wanted to get us out as quickly as possible. We usually order from this place through DoorDash, but after this experience, we won’t be going back for a while. What was supposed to be a casual family dinner turned into a really uncomfortable experience.
She certainly didn’t deserve a tip — we only left one out of courtesy, but her attitude and poor service didn’t deserve a cent. It's a shame how a person like this can totally ruin a business.

I went to Mexicali in Webster, MA today with my husband, and unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. We only ordered two meals, but our server tried to charge us for four. When I pointed it out, he knew he was wrong and brought back the corrected bill. It felt like he was trying to take advantage of us, which is unacceptable. Because of this, I did not leave a tip, and we will not be returning. Please be careful when dining here and always check your bill.

Great food, friendly service, I always order the same thing- mexico city tacos. Have tried a few other things in the menu, but meh- I always go back to mexico city tacos. Great chips and salsa, guac, and queso too. Refriend beans are great! Yum!

I’m from Tucson and we have the best Mexican food this side of the border. One of my favorites is the Chicken Tortilla Soup and I e had it at 20+ restaurants. This was by far the best. OMG is it good.

So usually great service but we ordered take out and cook must not have read the order. We had a street burrito with grilled chix but it came with shredded chix. And we ordered the Barria tacos with pinto beans but they came with black beans. Food is so good we ate everything anyway but they do need to pay closer attention to details on take out orders.
