The cashier got my order wrong and the blonde lady with slight accent was so sweet, with a smile on her face she fixed my order on the spot, apologized for inconvenience and made me leave with the smile. I even forgot about my messed up order.

This woman at the drive through was extremely rude.. I put a drive thru order in the drive thru and she told me to come back.. literally made no sense, at first she asked what my order was like if I just order at the drive thru instead would I have not gotten kicked out of line. So I went inside to get my order instead cause I wasn’t just going to wait behind a ton of people in the drive thru again. What a terribly managed operation. I will never go back. That employee should be embarrassed.

Placed a $55 online order. Chicken caesar salad came without chicken, with about a teaspoon of dressing. The requested substitutions on my sandwich were not made, and another was a completely different sandwich altogether than what was ordered. Was rushed along during a completely dead time of day. Thank goodness for the free piece of bread!

Panera use to be good. This place blows. Don’t fall for the bread “bowl” trick it’s just a cup serving. All the sandwiches they make they skimp on. 1/10 place fell off.
