Panera use to be good. This place blows. Don’t fall for the bread “bowl” trick it’s just a cup serving. All the sandwiches they make they skimp on. 1/10 place fell off.

I called to place an order, they took my credit card info then hung up on me. When I called right back, I was hung up on again! Now I will monitor for fraudulent charges to my card.

Love the night time crew! Got my family through COVID with their chicken noodle soup and Mac and cheese! Drive through pick up is very convenient and they’re very friendly here.

I’m here multiple times a week either getting food or coffee. I pretty much never have a problem and everyone is very nice- especially the morning team!

Not so good today, bought two sandwiches and two bowls of soup and soft drinks for $53.00. One sandwich was a BLT, that half had a total of one slice of bacon cut into two pieces. Sadly this isn’t the first time something like this happened, very disappointing

This panera has become a regular place for me while staying in the area. Dine in is not as busy as some of the others I have been to. The setup is typical Panera with the usual menu. It is more consistent than the one in millbury. Always clean inside. Not overly friendly staff but pleasant enough in a good way. They seem good at what they do. I've seen them take care of the odd customer demand during the lunch rush without skipping a beat and without any resistance or attitude.

Parking: There is plenty of parking but traffic can get crazy by the pricechopper entrance/exit
