Last week I went in got the lunch special on my break 2 slices and a drink added hot honey they said we gotta make the pizza my buddy got his fries and sandwich I legit sat in there for 35 minutes while some girl cried in the back I straight up just left bc I had to return to work the lack of customer service is outstanding!!!

My family did a timed pre order today placed (about 6 hours ahead of time online) for a large group coming from a local bowling alley for a birthday celebration. All 6 pizzas were ready when we got there at our exact time…fresh, hot and delicious! Plenty of paper goods, a nice bright, clean dining area with plenty of seating. Clean bathrooms and super friendly staff! All the guys at the front counter went above and beyond. Great visit!

Food wasn't ready, told 15 to 20 minutes longer. Came back 25 minutes and got told food just got put in the oven
The worker Kelsey was being unprofessional and talking about intercourse very loudly in the back. It was uncomfortable.
The pizza tastes great and has consistently been amazing since the 1960’s. Papa Gino’s continues to be my go-to any time we want pizza.
