It's a good place to get a good sandwich. Usually friendly service and reasonably priced food.

Theresa was my sandwich maker today, and I was completely upset. I received nothing but attitude, and a poorly made sub. I was dining in, and another customer came in shortly after, and he asked for a certain product and Theresa goes “We don't have itâ€, in a very rude way. And then she goes, “What bread?†In also a very rude manner. I like this location, but she completely ruined it.

This one in downtown Webster or the one in Oxford has great sandwich "artist " making them to your satisfaction.

I would give zero stars but unfortunately that is not an option. This store closes at 9pm. We arrive at just after 5pm on Friday January 4th. We were told that if we wanted bread we had to wait 5 minutes for it to finish cooking. No problem, we sat to wait. The worker then played on her phone, took a phone call on her personal phone. When the bread was done, the worker said "it's too hot, I'm not touching that." Then turned her back to us and took another call on the business phone telling whoever was on the other end that the bread just got done and was too hot. My sister in law asks for her sandwich and the worker refuses to give her the bread she requested and tried to make it on another bread and then got angry and said "well we're out of meatballs too.". Everything we asked for was met with "we're out of it". Another worker came in and walked behind the counter with a half smoked cigarette between her fingers whilst touching the counters and sandwich board. I paid for my mother in law's order and we left and went to the Dudley location were we were greeted with a smile and friendly service. It's sad that on a Friday night (a Payday for most) the Webster Main St location is out of so much including bread and you're given a bad attitude.

When in there to eat and in all the subways I have been in this place was the best ! Dereck and Mackenzie know how to make awesome sandwiches and my chicken wrap was so good , and after ward I took it home and turn my left over wrap into a cold chix salad and it was still great !
