Ate at this subway ONCE and got sick to my stomach. I am a regular customer of the Honey Dew in this store for their food and coffee, which is excellent, so I was very disappointed. I was enjoying a coffee and sandwich from Honey Dew one day and discovered exactly why this subway location made me sick, they DON'T wash their hands when they use the restroom! The restrooms are right there near both restaurants, you can hear the hand dryers when they're used. All the Honey Dew and Honey Farms employees wash their hands when they use the restrooms. The subway employees do NOT.

Two people I've seen working there every time I've gone are perfect at what they do super kind and just very welcoming hope their branch flourishes because of them. Went again today on a Saturday guy working solo had the best attitude and just generally was a really cool guy they deserve more service he made everything perfect

Was recently taking advantage of promotions of the foot-long buy one get one with code FLBOGO through the subway app. Manager decided that ordering more than once a day was not OK, so he told me while he was giving me my curbside order. When I complain that the promotion only stimulates that once per order to use. He said that’s fine. He’ll just complain to corporate and he’ll stop taking my online orders.

My one star review reflect the fact that I got really bad food poisoning from this location specifically.It was the only thing I ate all day and I immediately threw up a few hours later.The location itself is fine the staff are even fine in terms of customer service but based on the fact that I got food poisoning I would be highly suspicious about the actual cleanliness or quality of the food.I just simply can't recommend this place when the subway in Dudley or even Oxford is just simply better.The people that primarily order delivery from here do so for the convenience and not the quality

Clean friendly store my biggest issue is that they give far less toppings on their sandwiches than most other subways so I find myself wanting even after a foot long.

They are greedy!!!! I had coupon for subway buy a grinder(sub) get one free they refused my coupon!!!!!! And it's a SUBWAY coupon!!!! They make their own rules at this subway . Treating customers poorly.I was a regular customer but not anymore!!!!! The greed is wrong. These coupons come from subway this is bull!!!

I went here last week and honestly this was one of the best subway locations I’ve been to, there was no wait and the food looked extremely fresh and appealing, the lady working was very kind and friendly, the cookie and drink were also very good. Overall, zero complaints and great sandwich
