I would not recommend Door Dashing from this location. I ordered two combos with large drinks and two desserts, and received 3 tacos in a sealed bag with an incorrect receipt. I used my refund to order what was left off, and it arrived, sealed, missing the two desserts. I used my refund to order the desserts, and only one showed up, again with an inaccurate receipt. Maybe their system is glitched, but they won’t pick up. Order from somewhere else.

This is the most unprofessional food establishment I've ever gone to The food is always either cold or a mess all the young people that work there are dirty they don't wash their hands they don't wear gloves they're always talking and messing around and not doing their job it's always a disgusting dirty mess in that restaurant I understand it's not five star it's fast food but you're probably going to catch some kind of disease eating there

The worst Taco Bell ever. Rude people, asked for a taco box and the guy goes “what’s that” and I said again the supreme taco box?
Instead of putting together I wanted a box that consisting of only tacos he’s said like I was bothering him “I don’t know what you want, we have a bunches of boxes” and kinda of laughed at me. Ok team no help.
My bad bro, taco party box, wow. Oh and I was in line for over 35 mins. This TB is trash.

Shells tasted like they had chemicals on them. They messed up my entire order too and barely put any chicken in the tacos. Weird vibes too.

The management in this store has always tried to fix the mistakes made by their employees,, after the 4th order being wrong or missing items I am done with this store. 4th try is all you get. And it’s filthy inside. Very disappointing

Was appalled at the service! Unfortunately went to the New Webster st. Location. Was verbally assaulted by the 1 of 2 employees present at 12.00pm on March 8. This man could not have been more rude and condescending. After waiting for 22 + minutes for 1 5 layer burrito and an empty soda cup whi h I was told to " FILL IT MYSELF ON MY WAY OUT"! Totally unacceptable behavior for any business .I have had better service at the DMV!!!
