The worst Taco Bell ever. Rude people, asked for a taco box and the guy goes “what’s that” and I said again the supreme taco box?
Instead of putting together I wanted a box that consisting of only tacos he’s said like I was bothering him “I don’t know what you want, we have a bunches of boxes” and kinda of laughed at me. Ok team no help.
My bad bro, taco party box, wow. Oh and I was in line for over 35 mins. This TB is trash.
Why isn’t management or corporate seeing how bad this location is doing? It’s so apparent these employees do not like their jobs.

The management in this store has always tried to fix the mistakes made by their employees,, after the 4th order being wrong or missing items I am done with this store. 4th try is all you get. And it’s filthy inside. Very disappointing

Was appalled at the service! Unfortunately went to the New Webster st. Location. Was verbally assaulted by the 1 of 2 employees present at 12.00pm on March 8. This man could not have been more rude and condescending. After waiting for 22 + minutes for 1 5 layer burrito and an empty soda cup whi h I was told to " FILL IT MYSELF ON MY WAY OUT"! Totally unacceptable behavior for any business .I have had better service at the DMV!!!

Omg their nacho Fries are die for and great with the cheese dip. Their wraps are packed with flavor and always hit the spot. Highly recommended
Manager should fire every single employee. Each one will see you standing waiting for your order to be taken, 10 minutes later will say "we will be with you shortly we are under staffed". Meanwhile 7 employees back there all messing around and swearing. Will not spend another dime here till its under an actual manager.
