It's mostly an average taco bell.Issues are: they don't deliver,you can't order through the app,sometimes when you order a box they don't actually put it in the box so if you have other items it might get mixed with other stuff so it's harder to tell what's what,they close earlier than many other locations.Recently the past couple times I went it was better than before so maybe they're working on it. It's your average Taco Bell.

Taco bell webster sucks and Kentucky fried chicken also ,dont go there ,if i owned this place your going to loose alot of money because you just lost 4 more customers. Grabbed take today and it was disgusting ,threw it away after two bites.the employee s look lazy and there inappropriate, both times my daughter went thru the driveup they immediately started asking for her number and where she lives .the food is gross .i guess you get what you pay for ,we will never go back . Get some new employees because there ruining your business. Goodluck

I was told at the window by a colorfully haired young lady that I could not add to my order or change it when I asked to modify my order. Since when does a business turn down money at the window? On the same visit I asked for a 16pc. bucket of chicken but wanted half bone and half boneless if they could some how accommodate the order, she immediately said no and that it "was against store policy" to modify orders at the window and if I wanted to add to my order I would have to go around the drive-thru again. She didn't even offer an 8pc chicken strips w/ 8pc with bone which would have come out to a bit more but I would have happily payed. Felt rushed along. Poor service attitude and just lazy! Not the first poor encounter with this individual at that location.

The atmosphere is weird in this place. The chicken seems old but the taco side seems fresh. The reason I keep going back to this location is the woman who works there is super friendly. She always has a smile on her face. She is polite and always has something nice to say. You guys have a winner don’t let her go.

If the pieces of chicken get any smaller, you'll need to order a 12 piece to feed 2 people. Very tiny pieces of chicken is like false advertisements. Very greasy windows makes the establishment look very dirty. The man at the window was extremely nice, professional and warming.Parking: East main Street m, Webster, M A
Burritos rolled in wrong direction so ingredients are in a row rather than on top of each other. Chicken in Burrito was dry so was some of the rice. Average for taco bell where employees don't care.

This place can't make a chicken burrito supreme to save their lives. Been there twice recently. First time they rolled them so that each bite was each ingredient on its own. Yuck. Then visit number 2 after asking them to roll it the right way...they never added the sour cream or salsa. WTF. The whole chain needs retraining.

Horrible service and food quality is horrible they messed up my order 2 times and still got it wrong the third time and then wen i gi home and try to eat my food this is what i see all dried up beans and a horrible smell from it i go to the counter and employees are laughing about it and careless also the manager dint even tell them anything about it and wlthere were more customers complaining about their food and dirty tables full of bugs on the soda machines very dirty and disgusting ? would give 0 stars if possible
