This is the only place I know where you have to wait a half hour through the drive-thru line and there's only four vehicles in front of you the service here is lousy... The food is good but the service is lousy really lousy......

First they tell me they dont have the 2 for 7$ so I have to pull out of the drive thru line then order it on the app and then get back in line. Then they tell me they won't redeem my coupon for a free baconator fry because it needs to be with a purchase even though I purchased the sandwiches. It was my birthday. This was going to be my special treat. I get home and there's a pound of mayo on each sandwich. Seemed like they just didn't want to do their job and were denying ppl orders. I was craving those baconator fries all night. Ruined my birthday.

Whether I’m door dashing or getting food for myself, I wait AT LEAST 5 mins in the drive thru window without them even opening the window to update me. I also kid you not, saw a literal rat run in-front of my car the first time I went for a delivery, it was crazy. Waited a cool 10 mins without them even opening the window.

No one's doing their job usually theres a few good workers at morning shift but lunch/dinner good luck getting your food most of the time cause they either are fighting in the back or on their phones. Auburn one is better but just longer drive

we waited in the line for 30 minutes for a mobile order. the order had 3 items and there were 3 cars in the line and they proceeded to ignore each person at the drive through speaker for 5-10 minutes and still made them wait for their food even longer once they drove up. once you had driven up to the window there were workers sitting on their phones not making any food and no one came up to the window for minutes as if there was no one even there.
I went to this restaurant and there was about 10 other people dining and still ordering inside. Both of the doors were locked and the worker walked by and made eye contact, didn’t say anything to me but look. So we went in after somebody was leaving, they yelled at us and told us they were closed, at 6:00pm.

Sodas? Don’t count on the fountain working.
Want to order something? Bring a flashlight because half the menu panels don’t have lighting and/or are held up by duct tape. I mean LOOK at the photo - This is like a failed Dollar Tree arts and crafts experiment gone wrong. And half the items are crossed out for ordering anyway….
Getting some delicious crispy chicken sandwiches? Make sure you bring your own buns through the drive thru.

Update: The “followup” associated with this review sent me to connect with someone on customer support. No credit, no apology, nothing offered. Supposedly the manager of the Webster Wendy’s would follow up and that never happened…can’t say I’m surprised one bit.

Ordered 2 salads....Taco salad had little lettuce and was missing the sour cream and salsa AND the apple pecan had little lettuce and was missing cranberries and blue cheese....The fries we ordered were cold!! Not the first time this Wendys was poor, they have either been out of some of the menu items and only had drive thru in early afternoon/evening?? If this is what you are serving people and cutting costs on your end, we are done there!!
