two days ago was our first time we came to that excellent restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last time. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the generous service, with the superb meal and wine and with the friendly pay. We will surely visit there again.

Great workers, warm and inviting atmosphere. Farmhouse was very good, coffee was super hot.

This Bruegger's store in Wellesley has long Waits and poor service and hardly any Bagels to choose from the Bruegger's in Newton is much better

Love watching them make bagels

Great bagels however the staff is so slow they must be smoking crack.

Crawford Del Prete

Disorganized and slow. There are no other words

Not much to the bagels. The store wasn't the cleanest place. The line management wasn't great.

Bagels are delicious, the service can use a drastic improvement.

Nancy Wing

Delicious. Best bagels.

Stopped coming here. Crowded, SLOW service and they always run out of bagels (such as cinnamon sugar for the kids). Bagel quality is good, but I’m fed up with the poor customer service and wait.

I get to eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I must say the customer service is always good and they keep the spot well organized consistently. Prices are reasonable and they serve generous portions.

Good bagels, terribly slow service, manager did not seem to care. Go to another bruegger's if you have a choice.

This is a difficult review. I don't blame staff. I eat a lot of bagels from the Wellesley store. The oven broke down. It's been two weeks? The staff are struggling there. I can see that. They are trying to get through this...

Fabulous choice of bagels, very fresh and delicious. While crowded, the line moved quickly. Highly recommend the pumpernickel bagel.
