The coffee was disgusting and cold, same goes for the service. The girl at the register hates her job and it shows.
The only bad thing about this place is that traffic in Wellesley is so bad it feels like a victory just finding a parking spot. The actual cafe is lovely and cozy, with delicious coffee and excellent baristas.
Did a bunch of work there on a random Friday and loved the ambience
Coffee is good, better than most chains. Service is prompt and it's nice cozy and quiet, floors for some reason are always not clean.
Service has gotten worse, it’s so sad. Young lady didn’t smile didn’t say a word, just looked at me like “what do you want”? No thanks, just silence till I paid and left. So weird. I was smiling, said thanks and so many nice words … coffee shop is supposed to be friendly and all about good service and smiles and such… Not anymore?

Cozy spot at the intersection of 9&16. Plenty of restaurant space when I was there, but parking is a major challenge.

Sorry and I’m not the only one as you can see by the reviews there’s a couple of people here that are genuinely interested in making your coffee right but some of the staff has very unpleasant so I’ll go elsewhere, you don’t need our business

Excellent coffee, food, and atmosphere. Dine in and you can skip the disposable cups. Very clean restroom. Right next to the T where you can find plenty of parking.

I'm not sure why, but it always seems to be hit or miss at this place..... I will say with sincerity that i'm glad to see that it appears that the older woman who used to work in the mornings is no longer there; she was most assuredly not an asset. I have noticed something kind of across the board with CN... I don't know how much training the staff get. The staff memory is not very good... orders sometimes have to be repeated two to three times....and still manage to come out wrong. There are a couple of reasons why I continue to return..... One is the old fashioned chocolate cake. I will try once more....but it will be awhile..

Hi Caffe Nero, I decided to try your passion fruit pineapple smoothie today and unfortunately this is more like a slushie that’s watered down. Obviously, I still drank it to accompany me with my breakfast sandwich but it’s tasteless. Hoping you see this and we can try again?

Love the atmosphere there. But some of the staff have really bad attitude, and horrible coffee skills.

My family and I visited this location for coffee and food today. We ordered our usual custom drinks, which we've gotten at various Cafe Nero locations including this one (2nd visit here). Shockingly, the beverage total came to over $70+, which we've never experienced before.
When we mentioned this to the baristas, Yogof and Jasper, and showed them our order history from other locations, they refused to charge us the price we’ve been regularly paying at other locations. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they threw the drinks away, wasting both time and product.
No one should have to pay $9+ for a simple espresso drink! To make matters worse, our previous visit here was fine, with the manager of the branch charging us fairly for our order without any issues. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
