Came here on a whim, trying to experience something different as I like to travel and just try different restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised by the offerings, the lychee martini was sublime and very tasty, the pear necessities was very interesting on the tongue. It had great flavor and just kept you intrigued with every sip. I tried the potato croquettes and loved the chipotle style sauce that came with them. Wagyu dumplings were divine, everything just melded so well together...

Dryft Wellesley is a fabulous restaurant that we were fortunate to visit when we came to Natick to attend a friend’s birthday party. Having arrived the night before, we asked our friends for a recommendation for dinner and they encouraged us to try to get a reservation to Dryft! While there are many fantastic restaurants in our home town in NYC, we were overwhelmed by our poke, swordfish and delicious watermelon salad!

Dryft turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. I started with their seasonal sangria (watermelon), and it was very nice. I then had the house made rigatoni and sausage, and it was excellent. Even better, they offer small portions for the pasta that was a great size for me. The servers were very good, and the environment is casual and a little noisy. I'll be back.
