This Dunkin used to be nice. The last few visits have been disappointing. My coffee is an easy order . My coffee has been tasting old.

Ordered around 3:30pm on 1/17/25. Employee gave me the wrong item. No big deal, except instead of just correcting his mistake, he began to argue with me and insisted I had ordered the item he gave me. 🙄

I don't think it's fair to the employees to have them doing all those mobile orders, and dealing with long lines of people that don't do the mobile orders, and these are great great!!!

THE MANAGER WITH THE LONG HAIR NEVER TAKES MY REQUEST. I ASK HER FOR A REFRESHER WITH A LITTLE BIT OF THE GREEN TEA & SHE DECIDES TO CHARGE EXTRA , I ALWAYS SAY NO BECAUSE IT COMES UP TO 9$ FOR JUST THE DRINK. SHE CAN’T MAKE IT EASY, SHE THEN STARTS TALKING IN ARABIC TO HER CO WORKERS ABOUT MY ORDER. I HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER DUNKIN EVERY MORNING BECAUSE SHE MAKES IT SO HARD.

Right off the westbound side of rt 9 in Wellesley, this is a nice little in&out Dunkin Donuts. It is just before Wellesley Mazda. The footprint is fairly small with a small parking area and a tight drive through. The small interior has just a few tables. The counter service is reasonably friendly and the coffee is served hot.
