The wellesly store was clean, service was fast and friendly in spite of how busy they were. There were 4 tables with chairs. A nicer envirinment than I remembered. Then I made a mistake ordering coffee. Coffee is a very personal thing. I was always a fan of Dunkin's coffee when I was young. Their hot coffee when you ordered regular was with light cream and several spoons of sugar. My coffee for years has been dark roast first with sugar only and now black. I had a short meeting at Dunkin because Starbucks near me took out the tables and I don't like Starbucks either. I just heard you gasp... I ordered black coffee and barely had a few sips. I realized later I should have had their old regular and maybe added a donut or two like I did when I was young.

We go to this location on a regular basis due to convenience. My children have allergies and if we ask for the list of ingredients, we are met with yelling and disrespectful attitude. On more than one occasion, they have messed up our order. There’s only one gem of a person that is kind and has a great attitude.

There’s something about this Dunkin’ that just hits differently. Maybe it’s how fast and friendly the staff are—even during the morning rush, they somehow keep it cheerful and efficient. My coffee always tastes consistent (rare these days), and they somehow make the breakfast sandwiches actually feel fresh. The vibe is clean, well-kept, and just smooth sailing all around. It’s officially my go-to stop before work. Whoever’s running this location, keep doing what you’re doing!

The new store is nice looking but not very comfortable, I find it to be more catered to mobile order customers which is where most of their business must be. I have been coming to this store for a long time and I miss how comfy it used to be. I wish there were more tables or maybe even couch chairs, the cafe is also incredibly cold and only one bathroom

Very kind people here. I accidentally walked in at 5:58PM thinking they closed at 7 (it was Saturday and they close at 6). The lady at the counter told me they closed at 6 but practically insisted on still trying to help me and get me something after I apologized and tried to leave. They were out of stock of the thing I wanted, but the gesture was still extremely above and beyond (not to mention they were very patient about my mistake). This isn’t the only time the people on there have been extremely above and beyond either. One of my favorite DnD’s around.
