The new store is nice looking but not very comfortable, I find it to be more catered to mobile order customers which is where most of their business must be. I have been coming to this store for a long time and I miss how comfy it used to be. I wish there were more tables or maybe even couch chairs, the cafe is also incredibly cold and only one bathroom

Very kind people here. I accidentally walked in at 5:58PM thinking they closed at 7 (it was Saturday and they close at 6). The lady at the counter told me they closed at 6 but practically insisted on still trying to help me and get me something after I apologized and tried to leave. They were out of stock of the thing I wanted, but the gesture was still extremely above and beyond (not to mention they were very patient about my mistake). This isn’t the only time the people on there have been extremely above and beyond either. One of my favorite DnD’s around.

This is one of the worst Dunkin' stores. The part-time workers are incredibly rude and they never make my coffee as I order it. The taste is different every day even when I order the same menu item. They never follow the 'less ice' request. It always feels like I'm just eating ice.
