Food is 5 stars. Felt very understaffed at lunch today though everyone was polite and it didn’t seem to be any worker’s fault. If staffing was better they would deserve 5! They gave me the wrong sandwich (chicken instead of eggplant) and I had to wait in line again to get them to fix it. Then to get a box had to wait in a busy line another time.

The eggplant sandwich changed me as a man. As a person. It was complex. Every bite was different. I don’t know if can afford to go through that again… I don’t know if I can afford to not go through it again. I shall return. Many times.

It's been a long time since I have been here and was left a little disappointed and confused after having great experiences. When I opened the ricotta and sausage pizza, it had jalapeños and onions on it?? I wasn't expecting that, maybe i got the wrong pizza. The garlic sticks were floppy and doughy and had some char on it. Last time, they had a nice crisp.

The meatballs 🍝 were pretty good but nothing special (tastes pretty similar to meatballs you can get in other places as well). Same goes for the chicken caesar wrap 🌯. They have alot of options and it's a nice place to go to if you're craving italian food (kind of like a comfort food spot). The chicken caesar wrap was about $15 but the wrap was pretty large.

The chicken cutlet sandwich is the best I've had. The cutlet was moist, tender, and seasoned well. Great toppings, too. Best sandwich yet!
More like a takeout fiorella location with couple of seatings. Friendly service at the counter. They offer their own delivery for fee. Eggplant parmesan and signature meatball is always good.

wow! we ordered pick up for lunch on xmas eve and everything was made to perfection. it made for a lovely lunch and will definitely be coming back!

This location is a great lunch spot- it’s a quick walk up order and you sit yourselves. The food came out really quick and everyone was happy. They have a good, classic Chicken Parm as well as Shrimp Scampi. And everything is coated in their signature sweet tomato sauce which is really great!

Highly recommend for an informal meet up for lunch/dinner or take out especially if you have kids. I think the pricing is extremely good compared to similar places with relatively good quality. Where this place really stands out for me is there exemplary service and speed. Countless orders with no issues on order accuracy and it’s always ready on time. The staff is very friendly and genuinely cares about your experience. I provided some feedback on a particular dish and they went out of their way to look into it and get back to me with an update and plan of action to correct it.
