Best place local to me for ice cream for sure. I go here regularly and I've never had a problem. It's also my daughter's favorite place too! They also have their own brand of coffee beans and I love the espresso bean to take home and make myself. And nothing like having them add a shot of espresso in my mint chocolate chip frappe. Yum! See you soon!

I was looking forward to visiting JP Licks with my out of town family but we were served by a woman named Aliyah. She was colder than the ice cream she served us. She was unpleasant and condescending. She slammed ice cream lids on the table so loudly, it startled my 4 year old. She was snickering and rolling her eyes the entire time. She ruined our experience and I am embarrassed to introduce this establishment to my family.

The place is small, but we were able to sit, thankfully. Ice cream is always awesome. The salt and caramel cookies and cream is my new fave. The service was good, and the bathroom was clean.

First time in the area. Visiting colleges with our kids. Had dinner and then found this place. Absolutely awesome! The girl who helped us was a local college student at Wellesley.(I don't know her name) she was very friendly. Perfect service with a smile. When we are local we will be back!
