Quality is good
Delicious ice cream, with interesting new flavors. Made a special stop on a road trip to try it out!
The service was okay, but nothing special.
We were charged $9 for a small soft serve ice cream — not even a scoop, just basic ice cream from a machine.
I’ve attached a photo so you can see what we actually got.
It’s the kind of thing that usually costs just a few dollars elsewhere.
Extremely overpriced.
Very good ice cream. Pricey.
Rude employees, I regret giving them a tip. They gave melted ice cream and smaller portions then normal. I don’t think I’m coming back to this store.
Serve is bad. Told them i was picking up but still serve the people after me!

I received sub-par service from this establishment. The staff are uninterested and, quite honestly, disrespectful to customers. I also don’t think the manager at this location treats her employees with much respect or concern. I went in last year and was met with the most unpleasant server named Aliyah or Alina. She barked at me and my family when we hesitated to start our order and she became irritated when we informed her that our son had a peanut allergy. I’m also shocked that more people aren’t concerned about the lack of gloves and general concern for health at this location. Most of the time, I notice the scoopers go straight from touching their phones or the trash to scooping ice cream without washing their hands, touching cones with bare hands, etc. I think that management should do a better job of teaching these individuals how to serve food in a manner that is up to code. Not to mention the entire store just looks dirty and poorly maintained. I hope that this will change in the near future
By far best Oreo ice cream of all time
We love J.P. Licks, and it’s our go-to Ice Cream when we have guests out of state/country. Everyone loves it. This location is so pretty and cozy, and it’s on a really nice street to walk around if weather is nice. Our favorite flavors are Salted Caramel Cookies and Cream, Mint and cookies, and Brownie Batter. They’re delicious. Staff is friendly and quick.

The ice cream was tasty, but the price compared to the Boston location was higher, and they did not accept $100 bills. Will not visit again.
A nice young man served me ice cream who was named after Charles Dickens’ ‘Oliver Twist’!
Service was really poor. The girl that served us was rude shaking her head when we hesitated on the toping and slapping the cup on the counter. The ice cream is quite comparable to what you'd get at Stop&shop. So, save yourself attitude and money, you'll get an entire bucket of ice cream for the price of 1 scoop by going to your local grocery!
The inside of this shop is super cute. Guys behind the counter were kind and quick. I got brownie ice cream and it was amazing. Definitely recommend.
