Very nice cafe, all of the Peet's Coffee places are. However unfortunately as happens across all chains, the staff puts their hands and fingers on top of the rims of the cup. When you bring it to their attention they act confused and then offended a little. That's nothing to say about this very nice place specifically but it's an unfortunate occurrence across all cafes in Massachusetts. It would be best if some of the young barrista ladies were better informed and...
This place is so quiet I mistook it for a library. People are courteously silent on their laptops. Even the baristas speak in a hushed whisper as if some demon might awake if they spoke in a normal volume.
Great coffee always. Will go out of my way to go to a peets when there is one in area since there aren't too many in massachusetts. Disappointed they only have cold brew (starbucks offers both regular iced and cold brew) and it is $4.23 for a large. A bit steep ?
