I only ordered from here to try it due to the advertisement that it would be delivered in under 30 minutes. It came to me 1.5 hours later cold and abysmal. I regret paying over 30$ just because I wanted a milkshake... the sandwich was so small and cold. I didn't even get a straw included in my bag. I wish I could have cancelled halfway through waiting.

Awful service. We waited 35 minutes for 3 burgers and 2 fries. Watched multiple people receive their order before ours and when we asked about it they gave no explanation and seemed confused. It shouldn’t be that expensive and take almost 40 minutes.

They took way too long to prepare an order. It took so long we ended up leaving and never got the meal. I tried reaching out to customer service and they were completely useless. Would not recommend unless you have an hour to burn.

Shout out to Sterling who always gives great customer service. Currently, I've been getting the banana pudding milkshake, which I only found about 2 weeks ago. SO GOOD!! It's seasonal! Please move the end date from 11/3 to Thanksgiving, if possible. Get it while you can!

They always make really good burgers. The place was clean. The employees were super friendly. They brought the food to the table after we ordered it on a tablet. They had really big and nice bathrooms that are handicap accessible. They have a code on the door, but the door was open, so I don’t know if you need it. Normally, the place is handicap accessible. There is parking on the main street out front where there is a big giant parking lot in the back. We got the double hamburger and the cheese fries with the soda. You can also get a milkshake, but we didn’t get that this time that we went. The prices are Shake shack prices so I always think they’re a little high, but I did enjoy the burger.
