Poor service, not worth the wait

I HAD A SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION THAT SENT ME TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM EVEN AFTER SPECIFYING MY ALLERGIES IN MY ORDER! THIS NEARLY KILLED ME!! The ER had to give me steroids and epinephrine to open my airway and stop the reaction. I marked my allergies multiple times during the ordering process and they still gave me a burger containing something I was allergic to. They also didn't give me a receipt, almost like they knew the mistake they were making. Allergies are no joke, and this Shake Shack is staffed by clowns. To the manager: Let the staff working on 11/13/24 at 8:30pm that my attorney will be in contact with you all because of them.

Good shake.

I was here not too long ago and the service was a bit disappointing the works give off idgaf attitude and aggressively throwing chairs left and right. The food taste good but some of the people that are getting hired here have 0 customer service skills that needs some work.

Oh. My. God. Absolute WORST food I have ever tasted. Kid behind the counter had NOTHING going on upstairs. I believe his name was Calvin. I have NEVER met such an incompetent employee in my 71 years on the planet. Shameful food. Shameful Calvin. Shame on you.

P.S. Calvin needs to take a shower. Smells like season 3 Moisty Mires within 10 feet of the guy.

Horrible experience. I’d honestly like my money back. Took 30 minutes to get a single burger, fries, and a shake. Though the shake was clearly done 25 minutes earlier, since it was completely melted when I got it. I saw them cover the other melted ones with whipped cream, to hide that fact, after I pointed it out. My burger was lopsided, with a tomato hanging out of it just balanced on top of the edge of the burger. I still ate it though. I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised when I bit into a mouthful of sauce. I choked. I gagged. I threw the rest of the burger away cause that was repulsive.

I love this Shake Shack! The restaurant is always clean and the food is delicious. I never wait long for anything, and everyone is super friendly. Thanks for coming to Wellesley!
