I had been coming to this location for quite some time now. I have been to numerous Starbucks locations, and I just have to say this location provides the best service among all MA locations. The staff here is patient, courteous, friendly, and I can sense a genuine smile on their faces. We all have good/bad days, and I had observed them over time through different seasons, yet their service always remained the same. I have seen countless customers, including myself, come into this location and walk out with a bigger/wider smile on their face. I secretly adore these cute cheer-on messages and overall, I felt like I was taken well care of. Special shout-out to the lady with curls named Sarah. She always tries her best to provide a seamless and smooth experience for all customers. I thoroughly enjoy going to this location just to receive this vibrant energy from the team! Big Respect!

She was not only friendly and welcoming but She was the only one behind the counter and I was impressed with how well she handled it as well as the quality of my beverage. Location not properly staffed on a Saturday morning. Gave me my food immediately but coffee took 20 minutes. So by the time I brought the food to where I was going, it was cold. Very disorganized for a Starbucks.

It consistently takes 15-20 minutes for egg bites, and 5 to even get someone at the register and a few people working. The store seems disorganized/staff not efficient. It’s not any busier than any other Starbucks but sure could be run much better.

Workers were nice. I don't think they were trained to clean the correct way? As an ex-starbucks worker, I know there aren't supposed to be grounds in any drink, let alone an expresso drink. Maybe just a one off.

Bought an Americano at Central St. Starbucks in Wellesley on Saturday 11/25/23. I stopped there because the nearby Peet's had closed. (Peets was always better anyway.) I used to occasionally patronize this Starbucks store but hadn't been there for about 8 years since I moved away. The coffee was terrible and I ended up throwing most of it out. Never again!
