Truly’s is one of our favorite ice cream places, however I am very disappointed with the ice cream cake we ordered. They wrote my name on the board which is visible. I would not have minded if it was on the back of the cake so it was not as visible. I called to speak with them about my concerns while being polite and the only response I got was “I hope you can find a solution to that” as they hung up on me. For the price I expected a little more care.

Best ice cream in the Wellesley- Framingham area. Tried the eggnog flavor and it was top notch. Not to mention that the ice creams are economical as well. Definitely a must try!

Managers JEFF and JAY treat their underage staff TERRIBLY!!! I have heard so many testimonies from former, and current employees at Trulys, in Wellesley MA about how rude, inconsiderate, insensitive, and un-professional Managers JEFF and JAY are towards their younger employees. I once even witnessed manager JEFF belittling, and verbally altercating with two teenage employees in the shop. These managers need to be fired or at the very least demoted. Very disappointing Trulys, do better.

One of the best ice cream places I have been to. The atmosphere is fun, the ice cream is delicious and the price is so fair. The kiddie size is huge, as you can see from the pictures, and it's only $5. The staff working is also nice and patient. Truly's is much better than other popular Boston ice cream places like JP Licks.
Manager was very rude and disrespectful towards me and my children. Won’t be going back there until he is removed!!

Ice cream was decent, nothing special. Came in and the manager (I think) was yelling at some high school kids behind the counter. Kids seemed nice but the bald guy seemed to have a temper. Portions were huge though.
Fantastic flavors and at a good price point! Large servings! I love their death by chocolate. Worth the trip! Heads up the shop is small so plan ahead during the cold months!

The only place to go for ice cream and yogurt! I drive from 2 towns away. Love that you can order online and pick it up.
Tons of awesome hard serve flavors and the soft serve is great too. They have coffee flavored soft serve each day! Plus they have great espresso drinks - I enjoy an affogato there too!
The staff is also the best around! I highly recommend making Truly’s your go to ice cream spot! ???
