Truly's is a favorite of our family but also a trusted business partner. I frequently send clients giftcards to brighten their days and they are always received with delight and gratitude. I also recently hosted an event and Truly's catered with ice cream and toppings. The service was above and beyond and the turnout and reception was fabulous! Truly’s is one of our favorite ice cream places, however I am very disappointed with the ice cream cake we ordered. They wrote my name on the board which is visible. I would not have minded if it was on the back of the cake so it was not as visible. I called to speak with them about my concerns while being polite and the only response I got was “I hope you can find a solution to that” as they hung up on me. For the price I expected a little more care.
One of the best ice cream places I have been to. The atmosphere is fun, the ice cream is delicious and the price is so fair. The kiddie size is huge, as you can see from the pictures, and it's only $5. The staff working is also nice and patient. Truly's is much better than other popular Boston ice cream places like JP Licks.
