My fiance and I just had a wonderful experience for dinner at Cape Delice! This was our first time trying this cuisine so our waiter recommended a few options for us. This was my first time here and I loved it! The griot was perfectly seasoned, the plantains were crispy and fresh, and the pikliz gave the perfect kick. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and highly recommend if you want authentic Haitian food.
The only reason I give it four stars is because I NEVER give five. Here's what I loved about the place. It was clean. The staff was really friendly. And the food was better than I expected. Portions were huge. It is also family-friendly and with three children under nine, it is hard to find places. So it was a relief that we happened upon this restaurant. If we weren't staying in the motel next over I doubt we would have found it. Lucky us.
